"I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the hotel’s scenic environment, impeccable cleanliness, and the high standard of service provided throughout my stay. The tranquil surroundings and well-kept facilities provided a truly relaxing experience that reflects the best of Suzhou’s hospitality. In particular, I wish to commend one of your service staff members, Mr. Tan Xingyu, for his exceptional dedication and assistance on the evening of 14 November. I returned to the hotel around 9 p.m. and realized that I had left a shopping bag at a restaurant in 苏州广场. I approached Xingyu for help, and although the restaurant was already closed, he immediately offered to contact them and make arrangements for the next day.As I was departing early for Shanghai the following morning on 15 Nov, time was very limited. To my surprise and great appreciation, Xingyu personally went to the restaurant after his work shift to retrieve the shopping bag and ensured it was safely returned to me before check-out. His willingness to go beyond his duty, sacrificing his personal time, demonstrated genuine care and remarkable professionalism.Xingyu’s humble attitude, resourcefulness, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. His actions left a deep impression on me and exemplify the outstanding service culture of Pan Pacific Suzhou. "My best friend and I went to Suzhou, and the Andu Hotel made the trip extra perfect! When we were choosing hotels, its aesthetics immediately caught my eye, but after checking in, we found that the quality and experience were even more impressive than the pictures. The hotel is located in the city center business district, and just downstairs, past Xue Shi Street, is the subway entrance. It's super convenient to get to popular attractions and go shopping at malls. If you want milk tea or a late-night snack in the evening, there are tons of options just a few steps away, which was absolutely perfect for us foodies! The lobby design is incredibly stylish, with a minimalist 'Instagrammable' vibe paired with soft lighting. The plants in the corners and the artistic decorations make for great photos no matter where you snap them. When we checked in, the front desk even proactively upgraded us to a courtyard room – my friend and I couldn't resist taking pictures for ages. The room was spacious; we could both spread out our suitcases and fill the vanity with skincare products without feeling cramped at all. The bedding was high-thread-count cotton, soft and gentle on the skin, and there were two pillow options, firm and soft. Every day after a tiring day of exploring, we could come back and get a great night's sleep. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The anti-fog mirror and magnifying makeup mirror on the vanity really understood a girl's needs, making makeup and skincare super convenient. The toiletries were from the essential oil brand Aafud. You can only truly enjoy your trip if you have a comfortable stay, and the Andu Hotel completely fulfilled all our expectations for a perfect accommodation. It's already on our must-stay list for future girlfriend trips, and we'll definitely be back!"

"This guesthouse experience was absolutely fantastic! The room decor was incredibly cozy, with every detail showing the owner's thoughtfulness. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. There's also a large fish pond in the common area, perfect for a relaxing stroll during downtime. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. The location is superb, right next to the Pingjiang Road Tourist Center, making it very convenient for taxis and shopping. I ended up staying here for 4 consecutive days, and my child was very happy too. The owner is incredibly kind and always willing to help. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends. I had a wonderful holiday here."

"First, the good points: The room is very spacious and well-designed, and both the bed and chairs are very comfortable. It's also convenient for dining out. Now for the complaints. Note: Most of these issues are really not the front desk lady's fault. It's nonsensical (and disgusting) to deduct her salary for a bad review. I just feel I need to air these grievances so others don't get scammed like I did. Firstly, the soundproofing is incredibly bad. I could hear embarrassing noises from at least two rooms away, and someone ringing a neighbor's doorbell made me think it was mine. Secondly, the air conditioning can't be adjusted. In winter, it only blows hot air, and I woke up twice during the night feeling too hot under the covers. Thirdly, it's advertised as smart voice control, but the only useful commands are ”turn on all lights” and ”turn on air conditioning.” Adjusting the temperature or specific lights requires manual control (the bathroom light switch is by the headboard). The manual switches themselves are utterly unintuitive; I had to try each one to figure out what it did. Fourthly, whether food delivery can come upstairs is a mystery. I ordered delivery three times, and each time I got a different experience: a delivery driver knocking directly on my door, an order left downstairs for ten minutes waiting for me to pick it up, and a robot delivering it to my door."

"This was my first experience with a B&B, and it exceeded all my expectations! Though Gusu Courtyard isn't large, it's exquisitely designed and incredibly well-appointed – truly a case of 'small but perfectly formed'. Even before I arrived, the host proactively called me with thoughtful details on where to alight and how to navigate the alleyways to the property. The service was impeccable from the very beginning. Stepping inside, I immediately felt a world away from the bustling Pingjiang Road. The courtyard, enveloped by lush greenery, flowers, and fish in the pond, instantly isolated the city's hustle, creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere. Although the entire B&B only has nine rooms, the soundproofing was excellent. I barely heard any other guests, making it feel like we had the peaceful courtyard all to ourselves. The design was another constant delight. Every corner revealed thoughtful effort and aesthetic beauty, with details subtly showcasing the gentle charm and ingenuity of Jiangnan style. The breakfast, presented in a delightful multi-compartment box, was both delicious and visually appealing – a perfect start to the day. The host's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making us feel genuinely at home and warmly welcomed. If I could, I would happily stay here for half a year! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil sanctuary in Suzhou."

"I'm so glad I booked this amazing hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic – it's incredibly close to Pingjiang Road and Chang Street, just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, there's a great craft beer bar only two minutes on foot. I genuinely love this hotel so much that I would definitely return to Suzhou just to stay here again. Our room was also perfect: very spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. They even went the extra mile, reminding us to take an umbrella when it rained and kindly lending us one."

"The room at this hotel has a very comfortable Japanese minimalist style overall, with wooden elements and warm lighting perfectly matched, making you feel relaxed as soon as you enter. The room layout is very reasonable, with the washbasin separate from the sleeping area, which is both spacious and uncluttered. The bathroom uses frosted glass doors, and the wet and dry separation is well done. The bed is placed by a large floor-to-ceiling window, providing soft light, making it very pleasant to wake up in the morning. There's ample desk space for tea or work, and a thoughtful mini-fridge, cups, and tea set are placed nearby. The overall cleanliness is also excellent; the floors and countertops are spotless. Staying here feels both cozy and upscale, making it a perfect room for rest and relaxation."

"No need for many words, just look at the environment yourselves~ The transportation is very convenient, and those driving can park for free. It's about a 10-minute walk to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road [not recommended], there's not much to see, it's not as big as Hangzhou's Hefang Street or Wuxi's Nanchang Street. There are many small alleys behind, perfect for a leisurely stroll and daydreaming if the weather is nice. The hotel itself is super clean and cozy, and the service is great. The full smart home system will spoil you rotten!"

"This is our second time staying at the Crowne Plaza. Last summer, my friends and I brought the kids here for a holiday, and we were so impressed with the experience that we decided to come back and bring more friends this time, especially since we were in town for crab season. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Gate of the Orient (the 'Big Underpants' building) and close to Jinji Lake. Suzhou Center Mall is just a 5-minute walk away – you really can't beat this location! The hotel is designed like a ship, so all the decor inside has a nautical theme. I particularly loved the little fish cushions on the sofas in the lobby lounge, they were so cute! This time, we stayed in an Executive Floor room with a Jinji Lake view. The view from the room was incredible, with the large corner windows offering panoramic views of Jinji Lake. Before check-in, the concierge contacted me and, knowing it was one of my friends' birthdays, thoughtfully arranged a cake, decorated the room, and even upgraded our room type. It was incredibly touching! The hotel's breakfast spread is also very rich; those who like nourishing options should definitely try the honeycomb."
