Thank you to the hotel owner for your warm hospitality. He upgraded our room to a room with a view of the ancient town outside and gave us hairpins. The hotel is newly opened and has first-class hygiene. The design is comfortable and simple yet refined. The restroom is automated and very convenient! The location is also very convenient. We came from Suzhou Railway Station and took the subway for two stops. We got off at Shilu Station and walked for 3 minutes. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to Qili Shantang. Overall, a great stay!

The overall feeling of Xinfeng Teahouse Hotel is very good. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic. They provide milk or coffee every day. They also gave hairpins before leaving the hotel. I like it very much! In a hurry to catch the train to Nanjing, my father left his mobile phone at the hotel and thought he had lost it. Fortunately, before leaving the hotel, a girl added her WeChat account and called the hotel back to the hotel at the station to find it in the room. She also helped to call the courier to deliver it. 酒店很好，地理位置好，在石路國際的10F，離山塘街也特別近！前台接待也好，小姐姐温柔貼心很會替客户換位思考，硬件設施也好，裝修簡約雅緻，本來我是訂了兩天的，臨時有事衹好提前一天退房了。感覺姑蘇城走哪都有美麗的鮮花，園林建設、城市綠化、居民樓、沿街商鋪…美的應接不暇，或許是因為這座城市的人們都內心富足吧！

設施、衞生：房間內設施設備一應俱全，剛開業的酒店，都比較新，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，沒有什麼異味。 服務：前台人員都很熱情和善，出示攜程鉑金會員權益後還給免費升了房，入住後給送了一杯熱牛奶，味道不錯。 環境：周圍是景區、商城，吃喝玩樂都有，離地鐵也很近，出行很方便。 總體來看還是對得起這個價格的。

訂的房間是無床的，整體設施還可以，都很新的，自動馬桶，熱水即放即有，就是太吵了，大早上的7點多不知道是隔壁還是樓上的放水聲音巨大，一會有一會停間隔很短，太影響睡眠了 被吵醒了 現實比視頻裏聲音大

在攜程上搜尋到的，是新開不久的旅店。位置很好找靠近地鐵口在石路步行街上，出門5分鐘就到七里山塘了，房間清爽被套床鋪都很乾凈，安裝的新風系統住的很舒服，前台的小哥哥小姐姐熱情親近，對了～還有牛奶和現磨的咖啡免費飲用哦（臨走小姐姐還送了我髮簪）不錯的一次入住體驗

房間超級棒，第一晚訂了別的酒店，又小又臟，還好多蟲子，第二天早上趕緊換到這家，服務超級好。前台的小哥還幫忙免費升級了房間，中間把房卡弄丟了，前台小姐姐還免費幫忙補了卡，真的超級棒。下雨還有雨傘☂。最最重要的是房間很乾凈很舒服，超級推薦，下次來還住他家。
