The cappuccino or coffee maker does not make a proper size cup of coffee. Needs to be replaced or Don’t offer the service

Was my own fault that I booked this hotel instead of the other ATOUR near Suzhou Bay. Receptionists were extremely blunt and pretended to not understand my Chinese. They didn’t take the payment until the second night.

The room is clean and tidy and cleaned very carefully every day. Drinking water is added every day. I can’t finish it. I really can’t finish it. I was shocked when I entered the room. I thought I was at Home Inn. It was not Atour's decoration style at all. The room was very small, crowded and had a peculiar smell. I have stayed at Atour many times and this is the first time I encountered such an environment. I thought it was a fake hotel. The elevator was very small and went up and down out of sequence. 亞朵真是出行的不二之選，乾淨衞生，服務周到，洗衣自助，有健身房，早餐品類多，還可以打包，晚上有深夜粥道，很人性化。衞生間還準備了酒精棉片，細節貼心。

房間非常乾淨整潔，酒店非常貼心會給入住客户從晚上18:00～20:00在二樓提供品類齊全的免費晚餐，因為網上訂的酒店沒有早餐，入住時，前台服務送了一天的免費早餐，儘管不是很貴但是感覺很貼心
