Decent hotel. It was all cement though which I found to be a little uncomfortable and hard, as you can see in the photos, literally the whole room is cement - the desk, the bathroom sink, floors - it was kind of odd. The room could benefit from some cheap carpet or a rug to walk on if you ask me. The cement aside, the room was nice and clean. The location was decent, easy to walk to the beach and the jetty and you can walk anywhere else you need to go. Check in was literally signing a log book lol. I paid a few extra $ for a beach view, but there was a big dead tree out front of my room so it was more of an obstructed view. Better than looking at another building though at least? Breakfast was super basic, don’t expect much. For the price, it was a good place to stay and would return again if I was traveling on a budget.

Travelled with a friend and this hotel was booked as part of the 3* hotel package. It’s a great location but it is a 2 story motel with parking in front of the ground floor rooms. Rooms are basic, outdated. My room didn’t have hot water and it seems terrible to run the water for 15 min trying to get it warm (which didn’t happen) during a drought. The breakfast was good with a nice variety and eggs/bacon could be ordered. Staff were helpful.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and they responded quickly to our requests/issues. Clean linen, spacious rooms, working elevator, quiet environment.
Same breakfast options throughout our stay - definitely boring.

A decent place to stay in Swakopmund. We really enjoyed the luxurious rooms, very comfortable, cute balcony. Martina who was at reception main office was awesome, and we felt really welcomed. Very nice breakfast.

This hotel seems to cater for the camping and overland people We were awakened at 0600am, 0500am and 0400am this morning by assorted roof top tent cars, tour busses and overland trucks departing early. Their passengers don’t care and make loud noise and we have been awakened early on the last three mornings They also play loud music in the car park and the neighbouring hotel has a roof top bar with “house music “ blaring out Not our scene as we are on holiday at the sea side and prefer a bit of peace and the sound of waves I would definitely not choose to stay here

The best customer service ever ! This hotel has large rooms, great bathrooms and is a fabulous location for beach and town. It also has customer service that is first rate. One of our party left their passport and purse in the safe and didn’t realise after we had left the place. The hotel rang immediately and got both shuttled to meet us in Windhoek - all money and documents still inside. Couldn’t fault the place.

The hotel was in a great location; we could see the ocean and enjoy a great sunset from our bacony and also from the roof top sitting area. It was also very convenient to take a long strall by the sea and also walk to good restaurants. The room was spacipus enough for 2 people and there was also access to a small fridge close the room on the parlour. The inner court allowed safe parking. Breakfat was included in ths price and it was a good Breakfast mostly catering to European tourists. All in all, it was a good place to stay during our two days in Swakopmund.
