Lagos Hotels with Pools

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

The room facilities are clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet is very rich, the location is also very good, very close to eko, there is also an outdoor swimming pool and gym, Full facilities, suitable for business travel

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

The following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 201 that day. Hotel location: Lagos has convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it is ok. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

Hotel was good in general. Good room and facility keeping and cleanliness, very good service at frontdesk but less good at the restaurant. Food was not exceptional but a little bit more than average...more nigerian food type oriented even at breakfast (poor continental international breakfast). Location was perfect for me as I was spending 10-15mn to reach airport general aviation terminal where I was having my profesionnal meetings.

Great service, good food excellent environment and secured location. The room was well lit and comfortable.

So many problems, from check-in to eating & drinking to amenities to wifi to paying, that for the first 3 nights I had 4 different rooms! The only reason I have given this an ”average” rating is that the staff tried their utmost and were brilliant, (other than one, who has quite a surly attitude), and they and management did sort out most issues by the end of my stay for the week.

It’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated. We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm. Decent hotel for airport transfers.

The room is not big but clean. The decoration is similar to domestic ibis, which is simple industrial style. The breakfast is basically the same every day, and the dishes are OK. There is a gym and swimming pool. The front desk service attitude is good.
