"I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine."

"My experience at the hotel was good. My only reservation was booking the room with breakfast, lunch and dinner not knowing their menu list was all Chinese meals but when I complained they only provided me with just 1 English meal for lunch. I enjoyed their breakfast. They should do well to provide generally acceptable meals. I would have saved money and booked only the room with just a breakfast option. Apart from the meals, the place is good place to be for relaxation."

"I went in to this hotel upon strong recommendation from a friend, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. I stayed in the Royal Suite which was everything I expected and more. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms nicely appointed and the decor very fitting. The gym met my workout needs. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but one could always find something to eat from the buffet. The restaurant serves very good food for lunch and dinner, my guests and I enjoyed all the food we ordered. The TV channels definitely need to be clearer and finally the hotel needs to do away with the cheap toilet papers in the toilets/bathrooms. These are the reasons for not getting 5 points. I will definitely return to the hotel anytime I am back in Lagos"

He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. "a beautiful hotel in the heart of lekki. I loved everything about this rare gem, I must admit I was skeptical booking it, but I was not left disappointed. all the staff were professional, I need to give a shout out to victor and blessing in reservations. they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable . there was no staff I had an issue with. falilat at the restaurant was awesome, praise and John in the butler services were extremely helpful. if I cld remember all the names of everyone who attended to me they will be written here . but the staff were truly exceptional . the view from my room was breath taking. I loved how much attention was paid to detail in this place in every aspect. no noisy crowd and I liked how it is designed to attract a certain class of people. I value quietness and this place did not disappoint. it was cozy and intimate and needless to say I can't wait to be back. I can say comfortably they make the best jollof rice in that hotel. a few areas of improvement will be to make the buffet daily, and maybe make the internet faster. also probably have the room soundproofed better because of the lounge close by. Also if possible put privacy curtains for the bathroom glass in the bedrooms. all in all I enjoyed this get away and I can't wait to be back. at this rate and if it remains this way it will be sooner than later."

"Rooms looked good and I booked a junior suite at this hotel via my airline for December since Sept ahead of the busy season. Since I was in town in Sept, I walked in to see the room in person and confirm my reservation. I was told confirmed. Prior to arriving in December I was getting multiple calls from the hotel staff to confirm I still needed the reservation, I confirmed again. When I finally arrived late in the night for checkin, I was told they did not have the room I booked but the Presidential suite was available for 3x higher price. The hotel staff Michael was non chalant about this and I waited for over 4 hours asking to speak with the hotel manager, (no luck) and reaching out to my airline whom I made the reservation with. I was told the junior suite would be available in a few fees if I wanted to move but not for the entire period for which I booked. I tried waiting at the 24-hr restuarant, another negative experience with staff behaving like I came to disturb them. I saw a cockroach on the coach next me and I canceled my order and left. I complained to the staff but I guess they were not bothered. They had resold my hotel reservation at a higher December rate. Fragmented, poor customer service and the staff seemed to be running their own rackets for the highest bidder! Terrible service and experience."
