The hotel is nice and in good location, but the towel is not good at all, I will advise you bring your towel. Besides that, everything is good and nice.

Overall Wind Residences is good but the unit we rented has lck of things to use. No bidet, lamp is malfunctioning, bed is not that soft.

The place is 100% good, and I was able to utilize all the appliances included in the stay without any problems, such as the rice cooker, heater, hot shower, wifi, and others. The view is so good, watching the sunset and sunrise. A 24-hour convenience store is available, as are nearby restaurants. Some attractions are near the accommodation as well.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

It was fun, the staff were very accommodating and flexible even in crucial time.

Location was perfect however the room I booked wasnt match from the one I booked online and also the kitchen utensils are so old. Rice cooker is broken and there was no induction cooker! The water hose from the toilet is leaking.

Had a good stay. Caretaker is very responsive. Very near to useful shops and merchant and restaurant. Thank you.

We got Tower 3, room 1733. The hotel has 4 elevators but only one was working. The sink in the kitchen was dirty and the one in the bathroom was clogged. There was no handler for the shower head, so you have to hold it while using. That was very inconvenient. The windows were dirty. We hope those were not molds. There were no bedsheets provided for the singlebed. We found sheets on the tv cabinet, but they smell and looks used. The table on the balcony was dirty was well.

Accommodating staff and ang ganda po nang place, will visit again soon.

The location of the hotel is good but the ameneties or the renter is something to improve e.g. wifi.

Nice place for peace, but hoping amenities are included., we are not fully satisfied due to the place amenities not included.

Over all okay naman. We enjoyed our stay since d kame gaanong lumabas, so comfortable naman.

There is no wifi or signal on our phones last night we had to go down the basement or the lobby to get signals or data, Tv also wont work we had the worst experience EVER. We tried to coordinate with the host but to surprise no answer and they even hang up on our calls last night. Were told also that there is no wifi on the unit but on our reservation the amenities include a wifi internet. In additional, No toiletries available. They don't provide that either. There is noises on other unit even at 12 midnight. We stay at the lobby must of time.
