It provides: 1st floor - common living room, light kitchen, 2nd floor - 2 tatami double rooms, and the bathroom is shared on the 1st and 3rd floors. Those who have completed the reservation must call to reserve an arrival time two days in advance of the accommodation date. There will be no one on site during non-appointment times (reservations can be made after 15:00). This 1970s Taiwanese-style old house-style B&B can only accommodate one group of private guests per day. The space is for the guests' use and they do not need to live with the host. Pet-friendly, dogs and cats can be accommodated (please call to inform, maximum two, additional charges apply, the room type will be changed to a general double room on the 3rd floor). The B&B is located in the Haian Road business district, close to Zhengxing Street, Hele Plaza, Shennong Street, Lin Department Store, Guohua Snack Street, and Bao'an Food Street.

行前說明很詳細，住宿地點非常方便；雖然晚上有可能會聽到周邊店家旅客的聲音（畢竟是精華地段）但老闆很貼心的也默默準備了耳塞可自取，不過其實沒有那麼嚴重所以不需用到。整個老宅整理得非常乾淨舒適，帶著爸媽去住讓他們回憶起了小時候；加上非常的寵物友善，還有準備我們狗狗的床、水壺、點心，一切都很棒！下次能訂到的話會再訪～
