Common and free use of washing machine, & fridge. Front of accommodation is not pretty as there are renovation works going around. View from room also looks into a deserted, broken area next door. The room itself is great tho! I love the lightings and furniture is comfortable. Sofa & coffee table is available. Note of advise: contact the owner before your arrival to get the pass code to enter the premises.
