房間位於旅遊集散中心旁邊，在一家飯店的樓上，自助辦理入住。房間衞生十分乾淨，設施比較新，結合實惠的價格，是一個旅遊落腳的好地方，下次來泰寧還會住在這裏。

哪個大冤種和我一樣住了這裏？非常糟糕
1、不是專門做民宿的，老闆一樓二樓做餐廳，小炒那種，一樓寫着xx餐廳，民宿連個名字都沒有，更別説前台，感官很差，而且非常非常吵。吃飯客人聲音很大，老闆、服務員聲此起彼伏，而且他們説話就像吵架聲一樣，午休被吵醒來很多次，晚上也是鬧鬧轟轟的，十點多還吵。加上臨街車聲，真的絕了！
2、基礎設施：和其他民宿比，沒有一次性拖鞋，浴巾很舊，沒有一次性浴巾，牙刷質量很差；被子仔細聞下有股味道，不知道洗了沒…
3、性價比很低：國慶340一間，就這個環境，真的性價比很低，還糟心，不建議住。

我們訂的大床房空間很寬敞，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，床上用品乾淨舒適，躺上去像雲朵一樣柔軟，一夜好眠到天亮。浴室乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水供應充足，水壓也剛剛好，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很舒服。

民宿位置好，周邊有多條公交來回火車站，步行可到達泰寧古城和旅遊集散中心，可搭乘旅遊直通車前往大金湖寨下大峽谷等景點（見附圖直通車班次，衹有去程車，返程需要自己打車，非常怪異的政策）民宿在一棟居民樓裏，從臨街的梅花飯店大廳上到三樓，樓梯間看上去比較老舊。但是房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全很新，衞生打算的非常乾淨，床品也很新很舒適，淋浴空調電視都很好用。晚上睡覺比較安靜。老闆娘有問必答，熱情大方。性價比很高的一家民宿。

本趟旅程以來的民宿，住得最沉最舒服的房子。早上居然不想起來……設備齊全完好，床單被套均無異味，又舒服又乾淨得很。老闆娘人美心善十分好，給我講解去哪哪玩好，讓去去哪哪吃什麼好，去景點前面肯德基就是集散中心上車地，前面又是古城，樓下多得是吃的，啥啥都好
