衞生一般，衹給一條毛巾，是讓我洗澡，洗臉都用一條嗎？定的15平方房間衹有11左右，狹窄的空間，電視都不是液晶的，無空調！最可氣的是我晚上23點進店，和老闆説我在平台定了房間，幫我辦一下入住。老闆叫我訂單給他看一下，我給他看後立馬説要加錢，我不同意，我預訂的房間為什麼還要加錢？老闆連手機，電腦也沒看，就説不認這個訂單，我説我在平台下好的訂單憑什麼不讓住？他説自己沒有接到訂單，不認可，還説我很霸道，我説到底是你霸道還是我霸道？他説店是他的，就是不讓我住！我説我在平台下的訂單，不讓住就是你的問題！他説你在平台下單，你自己找平台去！就此爭吵起來，後來是老闆兒子聽到聲音大了，才出來解決，也查到了我的訂單！攔了我半個多小時！大半夜的我忍了，給好評，大家自説可能嗎？我都快被氣笑了！
