The hotel service is very thoughtful and thoughtful. Even if you don’t have a self-driving car, you can travel easily. There is a shuttle service to the attractions of the station, and you can also help buy attractions tickets on your behalf. The accommodation environment is beautiful, elegant, comfortable and clean. It is the best place to stay in Taining. The elegant lake view is outside the restaurant window. On the day of check-in, I ordered organic Dajinhu fish for one fish and three meals. The buffet breakfast is currently in the hotel. The experience is the best, and the dishes have many flavors and good taste. I especially recommend the long shrimp rolls that look like rice rolls; it is highly recommended to stay.

I will visit Taining again after 22 years and I am very satisfied with a hotel👍 The lake view room is spacious and the balcony has a nice view The high-rise dining room has ample space and rich and delicious breakfast Every meal during the stay is eaten in the restaurant. It tastes great. The chef can make delicious with ordinary ingredients. The chef is really amazing😋 From the front desk, sales, restaurant, to the room service, every detail is done very well, very caring, better than many five-star hotels, it is worth coming again👏

這次朋友出遊定了親子房，4個人住也很舒服哦，床都挺大的，房間裏有準備好的熱茶、水果、茶具，還有晾衣架、充電線等，很方便。整個酒店的工作人員都很好，接觸比較多的是鄒經理，感謝鄒經理！鄒經理人非常好，有求必應、有問必答!也感謝接送我們去火車站的江師傅，很熱情！在酒店吃了一頓午餐和自助早餐，自助早餐很豐盛，食材也很新鮮，味道也很棒！我們白天旅遊，晚上還去健身房打了乒乓球、跑步，還有夜宵盲盒可以吃，贊！去周邊景區、縣城打車也很方便，很滿意!下次想帶爸媽過來旅遊，也住這裏！

酒店環境很棒，在金湖景區很安靜；親子房很贊，小朋友們超開心，雙層床、吊牀、圓形浴缸、書架上用心準備的書都很愛；設施齊全，洗烘一體機很給力；服務超用心，從入住到退房，無微不至，特別給鄒經理點贊！ 推薦就對了！！！

四星級酒店卻有六星級以上的環保和優質服務！！房間內環境衛生而外面境色優美，烏語花香、空氣非常好就好像住在氧氣吧中，加上未出行前，酒店的鄒經理已跟我聯繫了解需要例如酒店內設施、安排行程、當地天氣、交通.....等直至我離開泰寧，她的確是一位非常盡責和細心照顧每位客人的員工，是我這麼多年來外出旅遊從未遇到的貼心服務體驗喔，離開時仍然是依依不捨的！！ 希望不久再來休息遊玩，非常推薦此酒店給大家。

酒店服務特別貼心！提前在房間裏放了解壓的花茶，還在樓道里薰了茶葉！酒店的早餐自助花樣繁多，味道也很好！正餐隨便點不踩雷，一魚兩吃之糖醋魚外酥內軟！遊漿豆腐，海鮮滷麪，五花肉鮮筍，用料實足有鍋氣~酒店從服務員到保潔阿姨，服務熱情彬彬有禮！總得來説是非常驚喜且愉快的體驗！
