As hotel is a Spa Spring, it provides necessarily hotel services and item. It likes a 3-star hotel so don't expect too much. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very good location right next to bus stop n hot spring park...

No breakfast provided. We arrived and checked in only around 7pm at the hotel. Went to the roof hot spring and there was no one around. We got to enjoy the whole area by ourselves. Parking is provided and the staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice and we can soak in the hot spring in the comfort of our room.

The room come with jacuzzi bathtub. I really enjoy the hot spring jacuzzi in my room. The hotel provides body lotions for us to use after hot spring bath. I will come again.

This is a terrible hotel, and I would strongly advise against anyone visiting Beitou for a hot spring experience to consider staying here. The hotel's service is extremely poor. The front desk staff kept us waiting for over 30 minutes just to leave our luggage at the lobby. The worst part was the condition of the room, which was disgustingly dirty. They never changed the pillowcases or bed sheets, and the room service did a haphazard job of cleaning, leaving used towels behind. Even the outdoor hot spring pool was filthy. I sincerely regret staying at this hotel and urge those considering booking it to think twice.

The big bed has a rescue device, and the small window next to it has no glass, so wind can seep in. The temperature was 10 degrees Celsius the night I stayed, and the bed was cold. In addition, there is a hot spring bath in the room, so don’t expect too high hygiene requirements.

A long-established hot spring hotel, I visited it for the second time after more than ten years. It is located in the middle of the mountain, with a superior location and warm and thoughtful service.

The hotel is clean and tidy. I think the service is pretty good. The attitude of the staff is also very good. The decoration is bright and white and looks very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and easy to lie down on. The room is spacious and does not feel oppressive, and it is fully equipped. This is my first time to go to Beitou for a hot spring bath. Overall, it is great!

Worse than expected

When I checked in this time, it felt like the entire hotel was under repair. After many years of operation, the decoration was dilapidated. The room facilities felt not very clean, and the skirting and wallpaper were damaged. The hot spring water used at night was a bit different from the one used in the morning. Same; I feel the water quality is better at night; I have to wait until 7 o'clock in the morning for the hot spring water to be provided. At this time, I see a lot of impurities in the water; my skin wrinkles after soaking for a while; I wonder if the cold water from the tap water is contaminated? Unknown; Facilities in the room: The bed is quite comfortable, but there is no countertop or two chairs in the room; the wardrobe only has two hangers, and the bathroom has no hooks or shelves for bath towels, which makes it very inconvenient to use; breakfast , not even an egg was provided, which felt very bad. Hard-boiled eggs or scrambled eggs are the most basic breakfast food... Overall, the hotel room price is really different from its facilities... I feel it is not worth it.
