The room was a beautiful Japanese-style room of 15 tatami mats and was clean (no Wi-Fi in the room). There are 4 free private open-air baths, and you can use them if they are available. The open-air bath was quite lukewarm. I liked the open-air bath on the far right (wide view of the mountains), so I went there twice. The temperature of the indoor bath was high (hot water). Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath are free-flowing hot springs. Dinner is decided from 18:00. At 17:45, we ate charcoal-grilled Hida beef in a room with a hearth, and then moved to the restaurant. I was on the "Hida Beef Sanmai Premium Plan (Hida beef shabu-shabu, sushi, sashimi, charcoal-grilled)". It was the most delicious and delicious Hida beef I have ever eaten. In particular, the Hida beef sashimi was delicious. I was satisfied with the items other than meat. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and is relatively simple Japanese food, but the amount was just right for me. Grilled raw salmon and grilled magnolia miso were delicious substitutes for rice. The coffee after dinner was also delicious. I was disappointed in one thing. In the first half of dinner, in the aisle in front of the restaurant, several children of the inn were running around, making noise, and crying, so I couldn't eat calmly. I think it can't be helped if it's a customer's child, but I wanted consideration for the children at the inn so that they wouldn't be annoyed at dinner, which is the main part of the customer's stay. I can't stop the children from making noise, but that seemed to be the norm. Especially if it is an expensive hotel, I would like you to think carefully about consideration and consideration for customers who are looking forward to dinner.
