Bad experience, waiting for the room 1.5 hour Came in 14.32, get room 16.01

Hotel yg cozy, bersih, nyaman untuk staycation with family, stafnya jg ramah dan helpfull... special thx to Ricky excellent bartender 😃🙏

I have to pay 100,000 ruppiah to check in 2 hours earlier which other hotel don't do this.

Location not suitable for tourist

If you just want to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities, this is the hotel, because if you want to go anywhere, it is very far from the city center and the crowds. The bathroom needs repair because the water flows into the room, maybe the workers didn't study Archimedes' law enough.

Being together with family for my nephew's birthday made this very supportive for our activities because apart from being in the north, it is also close to the international hospital. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport from this hotel and Transmart is only 5 minutes.

1. The parking facilities are very strange. People staying at the hotel are not allowed to park their cars in the parking lot in front of the lobby, but others are allowed. 2. The security guard is rude or does not know the guest service regulations. When the security guard delivers luggage, he competes with other guests for the elevator, which makes people feel very uncomfortable. 3. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. There is a lot of noise in the corridor and upstairs in the middle of the night, which affects rest. 4. The hotel and the hospital are connected in one building, and there are many graves around, which makes people feel psychologically uncomfortable and cautious!

Overall the hotel service is very good, but when it comes to getting to the city center it is a bit far.
