Quintet Serviced Apartment @ Cameron Reviews

Referring to The Colonial Penthouse number 1 Stayed at this 8th level “The Colonial Penthouse” located at Quintet Service Apartment @ Cameron Tanah Rata. It has 3 floors which is large enough for me. There are 5 bedrooms with 4 en-suite toilets/bath. However the only room with non en-suite toilets/bath at the first floor has also a connecting door to the common toilet/bath from the bedroom. So I locked the common door from the hall n there you have it…5 rooms with all en-suite toilet/bath. The house is furnished to somewhat colonial style, very pleasant but basic. The lady host is extremely friendly, sensitive n most caring. Upon checking in at around 1700 hrs, we discovered small leaks in the toilets. She immediately offered to have it fixed but caringly concerned if we will have enough toilets to use…if we could use the toilets upstairs on level 2 . The next day at 0820 hrs, the plumber n his workers showed up. Then I heard that the instruction was to provide a quick temporary fix so that we don’t have to waste our tourist hours n we may use the toilet immediately. The perm fix will be done after we check out. Despite the fast service recovery, the lady host called n offered her apologies few times…. On level 3 was private open deck where you can enjoy the mountain scenery n have your picnic, dinner, steamboat (bbq not allowed) while enjoying the cool weather n the starry night. Will stay there again if I visit Cameron.
