Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

This is a new hotel that has just been renovated (2023). It is a 10-minute walk from the airport. Of course, it is not recommended to walk for 10 minutes with luggage! The reception staff are friendly and it's close to the airport so you can walk there even if you arrive at night. You can eat fresh food 24 hours a day.

I can only express my deep understanding. 2. Returned to the hotel on June 21, the room was not cleaned. 3. On June 26, due to the early end of the customer meeting, I returned to the hotel early and found that the US dollars I was carrying were 200 US dollars less. I notified the hotel, and the hotel replied to me, requiring the manager to check and monitor. 4. When I checked out on June 27, their chairman did not reply. A Datang manager received me and said that they investigated the monitoring. Two employees went to the room to clean the room. After talking with one, the result was that they did not take the money. , the other one is waiting for confirmation. Due to the tight flight, I said it was a small amount of money and I was not going to call the police. They relaxed and said they would contact me through WhatsApp and email, but have not received a reply until now. Summarize: For me, I am very fortunate that I did not steal all my 1,300 US dollars, but only took two. At the same time, I would like to give you some advice. When traveling abroad, you must carry less cash (I changed my US dollars at Kunming Airport because I forgot to bring my Visa credit card) Second, I hope that every time you leave the room, take your wallet with you, and take a photo of other valuables on your computer as a record. After all, Bangladesh is a relatively poor country, and most employees have low wages (1000-2000 RMB per month). Except for the poor surrounding environment (this is not the fault of the hotel, Bangladesh is like this), everything else is very good. The front desk service is warm and makes me sleep peacefully and comfortably. It's very close to the airport, 15 minutes' walk away.

Very rude front desk staff. Maintenance service call was ignored. Water leaking into inside hallway from outside rainstorm. No backup generator during power outage.
