Hi, the receptionist told me my deposit of $100 would be returned to my bank card account in 2 or3 working day. I checked out on June 6, but I haven’t got that deposit of $100 yet. Tell me why? All other hotels can return the deposit to bank card at once when I checked out .
This hotel has to give me a clear explanation.

Clean hotel and smooth check in. Only downside is the parking as you have pay additional to park in the facilities.

ウェリントンの中心近くにあり、レストランやショッピングエリアへのアクセスは良い。今回は到着が夕方だったので問題なかったが、フロントが21時頃に閉まるので、遅い時間のチェックインには注意が必要と思われる。朝食なしのプランだったが、冷蔵庫と電気ポットがあったため、買ったもので済ませることができて問題はなかった。部屋は広く、清潔感があり、ビジネス利用には十分だった。

Hotel muito barulhento, as cores escuras dá uma má impressão, a localização é boa, o check in é feito eletronicamente, sem boas vindas de uma pessoa, outra coisa foi pago uma reserva de $ 100 NZD, até o momento não me devolveram, meu breakfast já estava incluso e pago e não consumi nada a parte.
