My recent stay at The Westin Himalayas was nothing short of spectacular, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and the breathtaking serenity of the mountains. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of calm that truly defines a Himalayan getaway. Unforgettable Location and Serenity: The location is undeniably one of the hotel's strongest assets. Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, the views are simply mesmerizing, providing a picturesque backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation. Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch: Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. A Truly Memorable Stay: Overall, The Westin Himalayas delivers an unforgettable experience. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

A spectacular experience right from the start. The location is difficult to get to (steep, winding roads with rubble and landslides for about 45 minutes from Rishikesh or Dehradun airport) but once I arrived, it was all worth it! The property and grounds are amazing. Everything is there, so don’t plan on leaving! There's really nothing nearby. Just soak in the atmosphere and views. My welcome from Rajveer went perfectly. He was helpful from the registration process all the way to showing me around the room. Whenever I saw him after arrival, he was always so welcoming and offering to help. Ayan, the manager at the desk was also very warm, welcoming and helpful. The spa is excellent. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Suresh. He's talented, professional and friendly. It was a great experience. I also used the very well-equipped gym adjacent to the spa. There are a few dining options, and all the food that I had was fresh and tasty. Saurab, one of the waiters, was an example of great service, as were all the other staff. I'm planning a birthday in India with several friends next year, and this property is definitely one of our stops, to refresh, reinvigorate and regroup. I am looking forward to my return!

Awesome experience. Best views, perfect , top notch hospitality. Staff goes miles to please you. Ayan took us for a hotel round and explained all Servises in detail. Must experience hi tea with local Ganga Arti and soft music. All the best team Westin Rishikesh 🙏
