房間偏舊，裝修簡陋，衞生間返味嚴重，房間有異味，窗户鎖不了，床上用品很舊，白色不白，入住體驗感不好。

位置在八卦城邊上，50米的地方就有一個充電樁。房間不算大，但乾淨整潔。停車在巷子裏或巷子口的公共停車場，有個小院子，種了些蔬菜和花卉。

院子佈置的挺漂亮，車子可以停在門口路邊弄堂空檔處。出弄堂左拐的街邊有小飯店早上有早飯。去瓊庫什台在這兒做落腳點還是不錯的。
