We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff were very proactive in resolving it. They upgraded us to a better room for free and even gave us breakfast vouchers. The hotel breakfast was also very generous."

"The hotel's location is good, parking is convenient, and breakfast is decent. However, the front desk staff's service attitude is quite poor, far worse than the hotels on Liuxing Street in Yining. When I asked the front desk, "What's good to eat nearby?" they simply replied, "I don't know." The front desk didn't give me a breakfast voucher, and then the restaurant chased me down for one. There's also a lingering smell of renovation in the room. I don't really recommend staying here!"

I especially want to praise the bedding—soft, fluffy, and clean, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night, making my trip completely comfortable. "All are real experience, no bad reviews are for those few good service staff, other experiences are very poor Two rooms of the same room type were booked many days in advance Results to the store 1. The two farthest rooms in the south and north that are divided into different floors and are not connected to each other are very different. The reason for the elderly is to facilitate care. The reason is that the room is full. On the day of check-in, there are a total of 4 cars downstairs. There are nearly 100 rooms that lack our two close standard rooms. (After the reaction, I found that the next day, others still did not arrange for other guests to travel with other guests. Then the arrangement was unreasonable and did not change at all!) 2. Stayed for two days but the system did not record for two days. The next day, I went back to the farthest room and found that the door card failed and then folded back to record the card. The waiter in the elderly room said that there would be someone coming up to change the card and no one came to change it overnight! This execution power! Breakfast coupons are also not known to give directly to two days, everything has to be asked by yourself! It's really dead! 3. There is a problem with the air conditioner when you check in. There is a problem with the projection. It is very fast and very good. The result is satisfactory. Just after the solution, the front desk will come to knock on the door to praise the premise of the dare to solve the problem. I have to give praise. I said that I can’t have so many problems when I just checked in. Other situations have not been experienced yet. Generally, service attitude and quality in the North aren't as good as in the South, but this hotel is absolutely an exception. When there was availability, they not only proactively upgraded our room type but also, seeing we had a child, brought us a set of children's toiletries. Every day, we received welcome fruit, and they helped with luggage. The owner even helped us buy cold medicine, and when we went out for sightseeing, they'd provide water and snacks... The service truly is more attentive than many five-star hotels. Highly recommend!"

"Warning! Warning! Anyone considering staying at this hotel, please take note! As a four-star hotel, I suspect their ratings are inflated by paying for them. The security guard at the entrance was rude. The car had barely stopped when he pointed at someone and said, "Who told you to park here?" I mean, are we supposed to stay here and not even allowed to get out of the car before he started yelling? I wasn't blocking the entrance! There were empty parking spaces available, so why not at least get out, take your luggage out, and then move the car? Can't they just talk nicely? Are we staying at your hotel for free?! We chose this four-star hotel because of its high rating, but we regretted it as soon as we got there. The room was mediocre, and we ate breakfast at a local beef noodle shop – they don't even have their own restaurant! Seriously, this is the kind of service a four-star hotel provides?"
