Pros:
1) One of our best stay in our 2 weeks long trip in Xinjiang
2) They accept foreigners and the service staffs are very friendly and very willing to assist us.
3) They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to the suite room!
4) They give complimentary snacks and fruits
5) Room is spacious, clean and shower pressure is adequate with consistent hot water.
6) Near to many convenience stores and restaurants

The worst hotel on this trip, I lived in close to a thousand rooms. When I walked in, I forgot to wear a mask and was pushed out by the security guard (from beginning to end, there was no language conflict). The telephone in the room is placed under the TV (are you going to let the guests avoid calling?), the breakfast is few in the morning, and it is almost gone later. Since the best suites are designed on the first floor, the waiter will pay them back, and they start to say yes, and then immediately say no.

The hotel’s front desk service is enthusiastic, and there are no parent-child room reservations. I helped to replace a deluxe suite and a deluxe double room. An extra bed was added to the suite. The room is very quiet, and the suite has two bathrooms, which do not affect each other. Easy parking. Overall very satisfied. It is recommended that breakfast be heated after 10 o'clock.
