Good hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. It is ideally located - a minute from the building there is a convenience store, and a couple of seconds a shop where you can buy a SIM card. 10-15 minutes walk to the main street, the same amount to the beach)
The only negative - immediately upon arrival, the curtain for the curtains in the room was broken (they couldn’t move the curtain at all because of this), for the entire stay it was never repaired.

A pretty hotel, creatively decorated, very clean and a super friendly staff. We were there in a most difficult situation, eg, the start of a Israeli-Palestinian war, so eating facilities were lacking. But what we did eat there was very good.
It is situated on a main thoroughfare in works the time we were there. Not seen any nice shop or restaurant in the immediate neighbourhood even allowing for the extreme circunstances during our stay.
I'll definetly recomend the hotel when life returns to normal in that part of the world.

We had a great time at this hotel, mostly because of the location and the staff. Special thanks to Adi, the receptionist. She was super helpful with this about tel Aviv and extremely accommodating. The lobby area is also great with good atmosphere. I’m going back to tel Aviv now for one more night and I’ll stay there again.

What a shame.
This hotel has it all.
Great Location. Great room. Very stylish and well designed. Comfort and nice staff. nice breakfast. all n the good side.
But... and that a huge BUT!
Someone decided to save on the windows...
Having rooms facing one of Tel Aviv busiest street (didn't I mention excellent location) and not to use double glass windows???
it felt as if the buses are running in the room. Every sound, every car, everyone who talk under your windows, is heard in your room as if it is in the room.
And just because that, if you like to sleep a bit during your vacation, I woud not recommend this hotel.
