We stayed here for 11 nights-first time And would stay here again. Staff were courteous and responsive. Leah-front desk took care of any issue including moving us to another room to be further away from recent renovation work. The room she gave us was larger than our first room. Housekeeping cleaned the room as soon as we left-the whole building was kept clean. The lobby was bright -artwork was super. We are no strangers to Tel Aviv- have stayed at the Carlton, Royal Beach and Dan Panorama- the Regency Suites was perfect for this longer stay- the kitchenette and extra living room made it feel like an Air B&B- the coffee machine in the lobby a bonus— and the location could not have been better. And Eurocar rental is right next door. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for one night and it was ok. Very small for a family of 4 with luggage. Good location and lovely staff. Bathroom is tiny. Pull out sofa is in living area. Small kitchenette area. Very cramped with kids

Location was superb. close to the beach and restaurants and bus routes. The hotel and the suite we had was very clean and comfortable. the Kitchenette, dining table, lounge suite were like being in our own home. Staff were very friendly and attentive and always offered advice & useful tips. Keep up the good work. We will definitely stay at Best Western Suites again.

This hotel is the best in Israel. I travel a lot for work and discovered it through a relative who recommended it to me. It was a good time. The staff, all of them, combine kindness, professionalism, and friendliness, working with a smile and a positive attitude. They upgraded my room as a courtesy. The suite is spacious, well-equipped, excellently sized, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed one night in a suite with a sea view balcony - fabulous location , very spacious and perfect location 3 minutes from the beach . And extremely reasonably priced ! The staff were all so eager to help and there is a lovely sitting area near reception with free tea / coffee , books , games , beautiful artwork . This is not super extravagant luxury / this is a great affordable hotel , extremely clean and comfortable with a friendly vibe .

Wow, such an amazing place to stay in Tel Aviv! We were right next to the beach and had easy access to transportation. The staff is incredibly nice, the place is spotless and they have a really great espresso machine and cold water for you. 10/10 will definitely stay there again.
