We arrived late, no restaurant open but they were very happy to make us pizzas. They were great ! Went for a walk and found just down the road there was a restaurant. Free parking on site. We had a few laughs with reception staff, we speak no German , they spoke a little English. But we all worked out what we needed to do, with a few laughs. Breakfast was great, cheese, cold meats etc but they also offered scrambled or fried eggs. And only a short drive to the mega zip line ! Oh I couldn’t find a hair dryer was the only down point.

Location: Optimally located in the middle of the Harz Mountains. All sights in the Harz are within easy reach. Perfect starting point for hikes (e.g. Bodetal). Hotel itself is located in quiet Tresburg on a road with little traffic. Located in the middle of the valley, so no super wide view, because the forest begins directly. Everything you need for 3 stars. Rooms are clean. staff is very nice. Breakfast is super tasty. Dinner menu is sufficient. If you want to lay it on thick, you have to go to one of the nearby restaurants. Parking directly at the hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Nice location. Everything is a bit simple but also nice and lovingly designed. Large parking lot at the hotel, many hiking trails, very quiet place. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows.

We traveled to this idyllic place for a weekend. What an attractive hotel. The service is very friendly and happy to assist you. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast and dinner well catered for.

Ein guter Startpunkt in ruhiger Lage. Das Hotel sauber und gemütliche Zimmer diese sind zweckmäßig gut ausgestattet, für uns Tip Top. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auch der Kaffee schmeckt gut. Im Restaurant eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und nicht nur das, das Essen war echt lecker und besonders zu erwähnen ist der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns Wanderer hinterlässt das sicherlich einen bleibenden positiven Eindruck.

Am schönsten und wildesten Teil der Bode. Fernab des großen Rummels von Thale. Natur pur. Wanderwege direkt an der Haustür. Entspannung pur. Die Zimmer klein, aber viel Stil aus einem anderen Jahrtausend. Dagegen das Frühstück a la Paris, stilvoll dekoriert. Allein 12 verschiedene Müslizutaten. Und das Ganze für nur 42 EUR inklusive Frühstück.

Das Hotel liegt im schönen Bodetal. Es ist von dort aus nicht weit Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hexentanzplatz, Rosstrappe usw.) zu erwandern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Die Gegenstände aus Omas Zeiten passen sehr gut in das Ambiente.

Kleines feines Hotel, dabei sehr gastfreundlich und das Personal ( einschließlich Chef) sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und die hauseigene Küche ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig.Sehr gute Lage für Wandertouren unweit von Thale und der „ Roßtrappe“.
