We spent our honeymoon here. It was lovely. We had room 102 with our own pool which was great. Room was huge, massive bed, good air conditioning, mini bar/fridge and coffee machine and kettle. Water, tea, coffee was provided daily. Huge bath with whirlpool and a separate shower/steam room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and a separate a la carte egg menu. Poached eggs were perfect and the pancakes were delicious. The fresh orange juice was delicious and English breakfast tea was available. Lunch and dinner were not so great- certainly not the gastronomic delight we expected from reading the website. Some dishes were good, some very average and some not so good. Also the menu was limited and didn’t change all week. There are a couple of tavernas within a 5 minute walk where we ate most evenings- Liberty’s and Petra which were both good. The location is great and the hotel is small so it’s never crowded in the bar/restaurant or pool - it’s chilled and peaceful which is what we wanted. Overall It wasn’t quite as luxurious as expected - our pool needed a clean on the bottom and some of the fixtures and fittings were in need of attention. Side drapes on the outside day bed would have been good. Housekeeping was not great. First day they came early and did a good job, after that they came at random times, sometimes late in the afternoon and several times I had to contact reception as they didn’t leave water or tea/coffee. Overall we had a great time but the food was disappointing.

We spent 5 days with our kids at Restia Suite and had an abosolutely wonderful experience. They took care of is from the time of check-in. When we arrived we welcomed with fresh drinks. We were then brought to our room which was very spacious and clean. During the stay we enjoyed a lot. Thank you for everything and we’ll be back again.

Having put a lot of effort into choosing the first holiday in a long time for just my wife and I without children, we are both very pleased we found Restia Suites. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Stella, nothing was too much trouble. Check in was relatively quick and we were soon shown to our first floor suite overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. We had considered a private pool but in retrospect we’re very pleased with our final choice. The room was very well equipped with a huge King size bed, large sofa, modern tv, good size balcony, double hot tub jacuzzi, shower steam room etc etc etc Restia has such a relaxed vibe, it was just what we were looking for and although some might say it’s very isolated it depends on what you are looking for. We walked to Acharavi and Roda, and also took a boat trip to Corfu Old Town from Kassiopi, so there is plenty to do should you choose. Special thanks to Georgia, Anna, Yannis and the rest of the team for really looking after us, I’ve no doubt we will return Simon & Helen

Beautiful bungalow with lovely pool and garden. Shower wasn't great and very very slippy. Whirlpool bath was nice. Restaurant food was really, really good but snack menu only available at certain times, after which it changed to a la carte menu even though the place was empty. Wellness centre was OK but again not great. This place has a lovely location and is so relaxing but a bit remote with no street lights. If going in May make sure you have a high quality bug spray with high deet content. We came back with over 100 mozzie bites each. Maintenance team were fab. Book exchange is good and reception girls are really helpful however the flowing outfits need to go - looked like a yoga retreat or something out of Startrek!! Also need to replace venetian blinds in reception as most if them were broken. Wee shop was a bonus. Walk into Acharavi along the main road with no pavement isn't for the faint hearted more so at night. A lovely place but too remote fir me!

Unbelievable resort. We stayed in a private condo with pool and garden and we were blown away by the facilities and privacy of the accommodation. It's right on the beach and has a great resort pool and bar and restaurant area. We had breakfast most days at the hotel and whilst it's not the biggest buffet I've seen it's more than adequate, plus there is a menu to order from as well. We had lunch on one occasion and it was very nice. We didn't opt for fine dining as we wanted authentic Greek food and in our opinion this is a huge minus for the hotel. Fine dining is just out of place for this area in my opinion. The area itself was perfect for us. We wanted quiet and privacy and being there in October was perfect for us. There are a few taverna's nearby. We tried George's, liberty's and Petra and couldn't fault any of them. All served great local food and we loved the authenticity and homeliness of the tavernas. The town '*****' and beach are about a 20 minute walk. We walked along the beach a few mornings and it was a lovely stroll. It's a bit stoney so wear adequate footwear. The town of Acharavi, whilst catering for tourists isn't ruined by the industry. It's very quiet and locals were as abundant as the tourist element. We have to say a big thank you to our own private mixologist George. He was working at the bar every night and most nights it was only us there, which is a pity as it really is a nice area with a lovely chilled atmosphere and George is the best barman I've encountered. He was keen to show us his take on some cocktails and he was up to the challenge of concocting something new that he hadn't tried before. He told us he was being given more freedom to experiment next season so I hope that the case as he has a real passion and talent for it and he definitely enriched our experience at the hotel. The hotel grounds are faultless, the cleaning staff were always very thorough in servicing our room, the clientele were of an older demographic which suited us (we are mid-40's), the local cats, although a regular feature, were no bother to us. The only minor points I can make to suggest improving the experience are possibly the use of key fobs for the suites rather than keys. A little more local and hotel information in the rooms would be helpful. Apart from that we found the whole stay perfect and only wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately I doubt we'll be back to stay. The same dates next year are 2.5 times the price and I fear this is down to the new owners being greedy and aiming for the market of people with more money than sense. We have booked a villa with its own pool in the area for a third of the price that the hotel wishes to charge. Massive shame but this is how companies operate now. I'd also like to thank Zelda who met us when we checked in and who arranged for us to check out later with no extra cost. Anything I needed via reception was always sorted quickly by her and she's a credit to the hotel.

This is a great resort for an adult only getaway in a quiet location. The facilities, including the rooms, garden and pool are outstanding. The bar is a great place to relax through the day or evening.

Beautiful suites and wonderful staff. Everyone was warm and friendly. If its peace and quiet in a beautiful location you are looking for then you could do a lot worst. We have a car, which is invaluable in Corfu if you want see the island, and necessary for this place as it is quiet remote. Overall, we loved our time at RestiaSuites. The only minor inconveniences were the non-heated pool in October and the limited options on the menu in the in-house restaurant. However, local town is 20 min walk or 4mins in the car.

The experience from Very beginning was good. Nice welcoming, Stella is the great person that works in the reception. BUT every other day if stay become worst and worst. When we just came in I saw hair in my bath but I say ok, it could be by mistake. Happened. They are so nice. But Less cleaning every day, in the third day I didn’t get water and my floor/my bath was dirty the same as it was before cleaning. Breakfast is good enough but it’s not a 5* hotel. They asked me in a first day if I have any allergies and I do have. Somehow everyday in the buffet I had cooked meals with exactly my allergen. So better in this case do not ask at all. In the morning you have margarine. I asked if they have butter but they brought me margarine. Two times I took cucumbers that was not clean at all, I see the ground when it was in my plate. Thank you for welcome host but the good hotel its about details and not about nice people that work there. Oh and there is a sauna and Turkish steam BUT yiu can use it only if you book a time in advance, just take it to consideration. I came to celebrate my birthday but in the end I left this hotel 3 days before check out date. Of course none even try to give me money back It’s probably not for this level of hotel. They are strong with reviews so who cares about one person that is not happy and have a bad cleaning. Thank you for the experience.

This is the 4th stay we have now had in two years, we felt slightly disappointed this time with the stay, as we have felt the resort over the last 12 months has started to gradually go downhill since we first arrived in 2021, The upkeep of the hotel. i don't consider this a boutique resort as it stands at present the prices are due to go up by around 30-35% next season, this has made us look at alternative hotels in the area so with great reluctance (as we do really like coming here) we will be not coming back next season on current prices . Hopefully once the hotel has been upgraded, then we will look to return in 2025 Positives - Staff as attentive as ever Gardens lovely Resort is clean and tidy Service levels excellent Evening meal nice Nice entertainment Negatives- Breakfast Menu has gone downhill- No Normal Sausages, No Grilled Tomatoes (replaced with items that are not really breakfast, pies and fried rice) The Suite Room- these are now looking shabby, paint peeling off walls, bath not working correctly, bath not clean, tiles dirty, floors uneven and broken floorboards Stray Dogs - Running into hotel when eating at breakfast
