Tianjin Jinwan Square Fifth Avenue Atour Hotel

A very good stay experience. The location is very convenient, only one kilometer away from Tianjin Station. And on Heping Road, you can find tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle, making it quiet and comfortable to rest at night. Walking into the hotel lobby, the decoration is warm. The service of the service staff also makes people feel at home. I will still choose this Atour Hotel when traveling to Tianjin in the future.

The service in the hotel is poor. One late night snack is provided for two people staying in the hotel. The floor has not been cleaned for many days. The shower gel has not been replenished after running out. The service of the front desk staff is very poor. The manager's service is also poor. The tea has smell and is not cleaned.

This is hygienic enough

As a veteran who has been in the service industry for more than 20 years, I really can't help but complain a few times. 1. When we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm that day, the front desk said that the room had not been cleaned and that it would take about an hour to clean. We were asked to walk around. Okay, I can understand that during holidays, there will be a lot of customers and fewer service staff. 2. We walked around a lot and returned to the hotel at around 3pm. The room status had not changed and it was still dirty. The front desk used the intercom to ask HK, and the intercom loudly replied, "I'm busy and don't have time to check the room." Okay, former old guest room, continue to understand you, I will wait. 3. After checking into the room, the child noticed a large piece of booger on the wallpaper next to the bed. Since there were fewer people and more rooms, I continued to understand. 4. When I take a shower at night, when it rains, the nozzle sprays water down towards the ceiling. The level of cleaning service is a bit overwhelming. 5.. The next day, I called the front desk and asked for a few bottles of water. They were not delivered until c/o in the afternoon. I didn’t want to endure it anymore. To sum up, the hotel is not bad, but many service details are not in place and the experience is not good.

Although it is a newly renovated hotel, the hotel management and service staff have very unprofessional attitudes. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the window was open. The room was very cold, and the air conditioner had no heating. I called the front desk to add quilts, but the girl at the front desk said that the hotel room was full and there were no extra quilts to add. They had no other solution except asking us to turn on the floor heating. The hotel was not apologetic during the whole process, and the room was not warm even when the floor heating was turned on. The solution given by the hotel was simply perfunctory. This is the worst experience I have ever had in the Atour chain.

The worst Yaduo, bar none. The windows are extremely small and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the sound of the elevator at night. The layout is also unreasonable and the toilet and bathroom are very cold. Toiletries are not provided proactively and you have to ask the front desk for them. It really affects the entire Atour brand. I will never stay at Atour Hotel again. I hope this helps everyone avoid stepping into the trap.

I specially booked an executive twin room because I was taking my children to play. When I walked in, I saw that it was just a big place, and the washbasin was still open. The hotel had just been renovated, and it was opened without being completely disturbed. There was still dust in many places. The worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed at.
