I had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

The hardware facilities in the room are good, but some of the designs are not very convenient. If you open the bathroom door outward, you will bump into the person in the sink. Some of the facilities cannot withstand a closer look. The rain shower is good, and the water will not hurt the skin. The best thing is the service. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. One of them is Zhen Jing, who is very considerate and attentive. She also helped me queue up to get a number for Fatty Fish, called a taxi for me, and recommended various local specialties.
