Perfectly located on the beach with beautiful view from the rooms on the seaside. Nicely decorated rooms, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Pools both indoor and outdoor and fitness room is also a big advantage. We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is a retreat of tranquillity. Located right in front of the beach and with all the services of a Spa resort. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and the Spa services are very good. The common areas are old school but well kept. Rooms are also very nice and spacious. Very nicely decorated and they have a large shower room. Our room also had a very large terrace for sunbathing. One area of improvement is the bed. It is not of the quality you expect in a 5 stars hotel. I think the hotel is fairly priced at around 250 EUR per night no breakfast included. Staff are kind and helpful, in conclusion we had an excellent time in this property.

Great hotel, highly recommended
Family suite was a great choice at this classic hotel. Clean, spacious and overall really classy. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends looking for a full spa experience and a calm retreat by the beach walk.

Als wir um 13 Uhr ankamen, konnten wir einchecken, aber noch nicht auf das Zimmer, sollten unsere Handynummer hinterlassen, um dann auf das Zimmer zu gehen. Ich zeigte einem Mitarbeiter meine Handynummer auf dem Handy, er notierte diese. Inzwischen war es nach 16 Uhr, aber kein Anruf. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, beschuldigte man mich, eine falsche Nummer hinterlassen zu haben. „Wir hatten Sie angerufen“ war die Antwort. Dann stellte man fest, der Mitarbeiter hatte eine Zahl vergessen. Keine Entschuldigung, dabei standen 3 Mitarbeiter und hörten sich das an. Eine Frage nach dem Schwimmbad -leider keine Hinweise - wurde mit „da unten“ beantwortet. Wenn man noch nie im Hotel war, fällt diese kleine Tür mit dem kleinen Schild nicht auf. Wir konnten 2 Gästen behilflich sein, die auch das Bad nicht fanden. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, mit Anzug und Schlips sass im dunklen Barraum, hat arrogant auf eine Frage nach der Anmeldung zur Garageneinfahrt geantwortet. Wir wollten in die Garage fahren und haben vor der Schranke die Sprechanlage betätigt, aber niemand meldete sich. Wir sind der Meinung, man gibt sich keine Mühe, Gäste zum erneuten Aufenthalt zu bewegen.

Keine 5 Sterne wert! Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich toll, das haben aber andere Hotels im Ort auch, der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels ist auch sauber und gut in Schuss. Aber darauf kommt es halt nur zum Teil an, um sich in einem Hotel wohl zu fühlen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption, wenn überhaupt jemand dort war, ist mürrisch und gibt einem nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Besonders der russische Kollege steht gelangweilt, übel gelaunt und Kaugummi kauend hinter dem Counter und begegnet einem äußerst unfreundlich. Kein Lächeln, kein nettes Wort, wie bitte kann man solch einen Menschen mit Gästen in Kontakt kommen lassen? Wir wurden wirklich weltweit noch niemals in einem echten 5 Sterne Hotel so empfangen. Der Spa Bereich ist eigentlich schön gemacht, es gibt aber keine Möglichkeit etwas zu essen oder zu trinken, man trifft kein Personal. Nach der Nachfrage an der Spa Rezeption nach einem Bademantel wurde ich sehr harsch darauf hingewiesen, dass sie damit nichts zu tun hätte. Unglaublich! Das Frühstück ist Standard, Bedienung am Tisch gibt es nicht, somit auch keine Frage nach Extrawünschen. Wir werden keinesfalls wiederkommen, es gibt um Längen bessere Hotels nur ein paar Meter weiter, die zum Wohlfühlen einladen und wo der Gast ein geschätzter Kunde ist. Ein absolut seelenloser Ort.
