I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but as it was full we were sent to Eurostar, so this review is directly for Eurostar but indirectly for this hotel, as they belong to the same group, they share the same employers and they are one in front of the other.
So, the grade would have been different, if at the moment of check out we wouldnt have been stolen.
At the moment of checking out, in fact, the staff accused us to have consumed a small bottled wine (priced 12.5€). According to them, the bottle had been opened (but not consumed). It would have been very stupid to open a bottle but not drinking it, do you agree? Moreover there is a supermarket straight in front of the hotel. But what clearly proves that we were stolen is that we checked out at 9.50 and they complained of this bottle straight after: the fridge was full of a lot of products and it would have been hard to find that the bottle was open at a first glance, some time would have been needed. And they didnt use this time. To sum up, the hotel is not terribile, expecially if you take it at a good price, but watch out. We won't come back.

The worries hotel I have seen ever, the room not prepared good and the furniture is dilapidated, there is no free parking lot and the staff here not helpful at all and the manger mistreated the customers.

From the beginning it has gone wrong. They didn't have our reservation. We have arrived at 15 pm and until 16 they have not given us the room. In the room there was no hot water for showering, the refrigerator and the air conditioning did not work. They have changed us at 12 at night because they were going to fix everything, which has not happened.
They have charged us 26 euros for the tourist tax when the voucher was 10.
At breakfast 2 times they have tried to throw us out of there (we had breakfast included).
At the time of leaving they wanted to charge the deposit of 100 euros for breakfasts and another fight.
In short: A very rude receptionist who told us that for the little we paid we couldn't complain. The room we were moved to had mold on the wall, something unhealthy with a broken bathroom lamp and a leaking shower faucet. A building that is a ruin cataloged with 4 stars to which all are left over. Albania is a place with very friendly people and this place detracts from everything we have found in this country: they laughed every time we passed in Albanian so that we would not understand them, rooms that are more like shacks to rip off tourists and a staff Chabacano that works with a credit card with its unique changes from lek to euro that they do not have even in usury exchange houses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this sewer to anyone. Quite an unpleasant experience with situations that are close to scam. Greetings and I hope you do not live this unpleasant experience.

In my opinion, the employees of a four-star hotel should not have private conversations with guests, but the conversations between the employees of this four-star hotel and me make me feel that this is not a four-star hotel. It's a youth hostel. It's very casual. You can say what you want to say, regardless of your job position or occasion.
The construction site is just outside the room I live in. Sometimes it will be constructed all night, until more than 5 in the morning, and I can't sleep at all. The Albanian government allowed them to construct in the middle of the night. One can imagine what kind of government this is and what kind of country it is.

I arrived after booking online and the receptionist immediately demanded more than double what I'd already paid. After about an hour of argument they admitted that their fine print said they would demand a smaller surcharge. This is very sneaky behaviour in and if itself, as the total should be included on the ******* receipt.
Next, while the booking stated I had access to the pool area, the staff told me that it was 'closed' and wouldn't open until well after checkout the next day. Doubtful in the extreme. The room had a broken AC, so they moved me to a room with a stinking bathroom drain. Don't be fooled by the promotional images, this place sucks.

The stench coming from the open drain in the toilet in the room was appalling, considering this is a 4 star hotel, i was requested to pay extra to watch TV, which i declined! The staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, on entry to the hotel i had to pay 5000 lek as a local tax for a 9 night stay as well as £100 to cover any possible damages!, the rooms Aare very basic, unclean AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worst place ever. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. ********** PLEASE TAKE OFF WEBSITE.
No running water. No flush. Stank of stale cooking oil.
Handle had fallen off window which kept banging wide open ( on 12th floor!)
Lights flickering badly, electrics faulty
Beds broken and mattresses sunken and ruined
Mould on walls and ceiling
No advertised leisure facilities
We checked out after one night and went elsewhere and other people were doing the same. Girl on reception was really rude. Told us she knew it was bad but there was nothing she could do about it and it was bad for her too! Told us she'd had a bad day and to leave her alone, she didn't care! She was aggressive and dismissive.
We have videos of everything, including the reception staff. This hotel is NOT good as the reviews here suggest- search it elsewhere. The website and reviews on here are lies. We need a refund.
