Hotel Imperial Inn

Canteen food, for 1, max 2*. Cold, old, reused, and insufficient, mostly If you arrived later. New Year's music was sad not happy and joyful. Slum attitude from the management. The hotel room, large, spacious, clean, as well as the spa, which is quite varied. Unfortunately, it was a missed New Year's Eve, 2 stars, for 4 stars money.

Nice, big and clean rooms; excelent bufet dinner, good breakfast ( just the coffee is a minus ). Playground for children and large swimming pool. Also the staff was nice, everywhere we went: restaurant, spa, reception, housekeeping. Overall a nice experience and a pleasant surprise.

Unprofessionalism and lack of respect. I had a massage appointment made 2 weeks ago and today when I went, the person at the reception said that another appointment was made "by mistake" in the same interval. He said he's going to "intrebe baiatu" and see what he can solve, but he came back and shrugged his shoulders as a sign that it's not possible and that I came for nothing. I planned my day particularly to get to this reservation, I paid 60 lei for taxi to get there and go home immediately. Disappointing.

This hotel was a big positive surprise for us. From the outside it doesn’t look much, but just wait until you get inside. Beside the plastic orchid which I am not a fan of, everything looks new and modern. I was impressed by how clean everything was. We travelled with our 5 years old son. Most of the hotel guests travel with children as it is obvious that this is an extra kid friendly hotel. I appreciated the special toys they have on the a la carte restaurant’s terrace. I congratulate the management for their services. The rooms are really big and nice. They offer bathrobe and slippers and all the possible amenities one would need. The spa area is huge and so it doesn’t feel crowded. The water temperature is perfect even in the big pool. The food is good. We liked the buffet range. At dinner they have a nice food corner for children. I have only two small suggestions: 1. at the spa to use an electronic display for food order number from the bar instead of shouting the number; I think it would be more elegant and it would not disturb the spa atmosphere; 2. in the room a big garbage bin would be useful, especially as the one from the bathroom is really small and when you travel with children you have lot of garbage; In conclusion we will definitely revisit this hotel and recommend it to everyone.
