The rickety outside stairs to get up to the room. Difficulty in locating any lights upon entry.

Loved the room decor, but the cleaning products they use was waaaaay to stinky and so overwhelming when I got into my room I had to leave all the windows and main door open for a couple hours. Very unneccesary. I wouldn't normally complain, but it was REALLY bad.

Our room was pleasant and the bed linens clean. There were no coat hangers or hooks to put a jacket on. The towels were poor quality, a dingy grey and hard to the touch. The bed was very hard and reminded me of sleeping on the ground. A mattress topper would improve the comfort of the mattress.

Location is ok, far but only short driving distance from convenience like dining etc. (on site restaurant closed). Room is clean. The stay overall is better than I expected from 2.5 stars motel. Overall is 4 thumbup.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bonus was the fresh coffee and simple breakfast available for free in the lobby. The grounds area around the pool is very pretty and firepits are available for a nice evening. Very pleased with the accommodation and recommend it.

the room we got was old and mildowy. the closet and drawers had no handles . one of the tiles by the sink had a hole with jagged edges i almost cut my toe..we stayed from the 11 to the12. But i cancelled from the 14 to the 15. i took pictures of that room as well as a video. i will never book with ******* again. sudbury stay was good . the rest were dumps. if this is the type of service one receives from ******* , no thank you.

Cheapest option, even in the off season. Restaurant is closed. No kettle in the room or coffee maker which would have been nice. Not really close to anything in town, but if you really wanted to you could walk there.

Only needed to stay one night as we were passing thru.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and tidy.
