Very good. Complete facilities. It is self-service, not chaotic, sleeps soundly, not loud, far from the train station about 500 m, near the Red Light Temple, Donkey, only one station.

Although it is a little far from the subway, between Kuramae and Shin-Okachimachi, the room is relatively large for Tokyo. The one I stayed in has a window on one side and a balcony on the other.
