Overall the location is convenient, but if you need to access JR station, it takes 15 minutes work at least.

It’s around 15mins walk from Shinjuku. If you love shopping, it’s a good choose to stay here. All of foreigner stay in this hotel and reception staff are good in English. Facility is new and feel comfortable to stay here.

Very comfortable and tourist friendly higher end hotel in the heart of Shinjuku (close to all nightlife activities but if staying on higher floors you can't even hear the outside fun)! The staff was very welcoming and they even had a welcome bar downstairs (along with washing machines). Highly recommend staying here but be aware this is a more adult oriented area to stay in Tokyo.

Quite a distance from the bus terminal and JR. they do not provide complimentary water in the room, you’d have to go down to the lounge and get it from the dispenser yourself. Room was predictably small but still enough space to open 2 large luggages.

Great location in walking distance to three subway stations. Even though it is situated amongst nightclubs, it was quiet at night. The bathroom is especially huge compared to other hotel bathrooms in Tokyo. The room and bathroom look exactly like the pictures shown on Trip. Would gladly stay here again.

The location is in Shinjuku and it is just a few mins walk to the metro. There are a lot of night club nearby, so it is not recommended to family with kids but it is good for the adult couple.

Excellent location and the hotel is very new. The room is big for Japanese standard, comfortable with huge window on 14/f. The bathroom is perfect . The common area is very nice and a welcome drink was offered. Recommended

Staff very friendly. Room is very small, with limited space for luggage, but about a 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, so good location. Good shower as well. This was our second time staying and would recommend as a good base for Tokyo for a couple of days
