Room was too small. Location was out of the way from train station. No amenities included, we asked for pillows, they didn’t have.

The rooms are not that big compared to those in China. The transportation is very convenient. It only takes about 20 minutes to go to various places. The staff can speak Chinese and are quite friendly.

At first I was a little worried when I saw that the rating was not high. I thought the location was convenient and wanted to book one night first. If that didn't work, I canceled the next day. The result was a pleasant surprise. The room was not very compact despite the high cost of land in Tokyo. The hotel staff were polite and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress and pillows were soft. I liked the bed, so I slept very comfortably. The breakfast food is fresh, rich in variety and delicious! Very satisfied. I will definitely choose here next time I come.

It can't be helped because it's been a few years, but I think something can be done about the mold on the shower curtain. Also, even from the elevator to the room, the walls and carpet on the floor were dirty, so I think it would be better if I wiped it properly and removed the dust. It can't be helped because it's cheap.

I couldn't feel like I was sleeping because I could hear the voices from the hallway and the people next door. The remote control for the TV doesn't work, the channels don't turn, the water heater is from around 2013, and even when I turn it on, there's no hot water. The room did not smell clean. It's fine if you just want to stay, but if you want to take a rest I cannot recommend it.

It's very quiet, and the lounge on the first floor is good for viewing cherry blossoms.

We got a nice small clean room with basic amenities available and it is accessible to tourist spots like Disney. Breakfast was average. Overall, if you just need a bed to sleep in while in Tokyo, this hotel is fine. I would come back again if I am in Tokyo.
