Great hôtel, staff was so gentle with me. I’ve booked a smoking room but I’m not a smoker, unfortunately it was the last one available and when I told them they really tired to help me, great trip.

This hotel location is quite near to many stations and Chiyoda Sakura area. Very clean and service is great. Only the thing is room is small. But I still like the service and location. Will come back again.

The location of hotel is great- it is only 1-3 stations to each touristic area in Tokyo, like Sinzuku, Ginza, Asakusa. Pros: polite and helpful stuff, great location, purity, wonderful view, having laundry. Cons: there wasn’t a closet, only hangers, so it was a little uncomfortable. I really enjoyed to stay here.

I decided to stay here to watch a live show, the atmosphere in the room is calm, the amenities are great, and it's conveniently located near the station.

The environment is quite good, it seems to be a business hotel. I saw many politicians in suits. There are free facial masks, conditioners, sunscreens, lotions and other cosmetics and curling irons, which are very suitable for women.

There is a 7-Eleven right when you exit Kojimachi, so access is very good. There is a police station right across from the hotel, and it seems like there are police-related facilities, so I think this is definitely a safe area.

The room is small, but that's the case for hotels in downtown Tokyo. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the subway station. Surrounded by schools and government departments, it is very quiet.

The room is definitely not big in China, it takes some time to get used to it. The breakfast is pretty good, but it's almost the same every day. The location is good, very close to the subway. There are also self-service toiletries

I didn't realize it was a Sotetsu hotel until I arrived. The breakfast had a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and the curry was delicious.

Hotels in Japan are all so small, maybe because they are old. When I took the elevator on the first floor, I saw cockroaches... big ones. The outside of the hotel really looks like a 5 star hotel

Everything perfect. Helpful staff, 24h check in. Very clean.

I checked in late after the live performance, but I was surprised to see that I had been upgraded. I was impressed by how clean the room was! I still want to use it. However, it would have been better if the refrigerator had a freezer. (I forgot to eat the ice cream and solved it💦)
