Ryogoku View Hotel Reviews

Overall there is nothing to complain. It’s a hanami, the price is really overhigh but it was my fault that I didn’t book any other hotel beforehand. The room is traditionally small but there was a balcony. WiFi, hot water, good bed. Location is brilliant. JRV trains didn’t disturb us as we slept very good.

Nice hotel in the middle of Ryogoku next to Ryogoku Station and close to the Kokugikan. Perfect for guests who want to be in the middle of the sumo area in Tokyo. Staff were accommodating, and access to a cloak room with passcode locks for luggage is convenient.

This hotel is very spacious, and also very convenient, around the hotel,there is alot of restaurants

Good location really close to station and walking distance to many locations. Corner room was very cost!!!

Comfy beds, good shower and bath, not so much space for walk in the room. Expected higher floor (4th is a bit lower than we wanted). Good location right next to metro station

Was booking for 4 nights and overall is okay. Pros: receptionist understand English and helpful . And very near to station. Cons: housekeeping not everyday change bed sheet . And no water bottle provided .

Location is right next to JR station with variety of food choices around. We arrived early and the hotel keeper offered us to leave our luggages until check in time. Area around the hotel is all about sumo. The Sumo museum and the ring are within short walks. Hotel is clean with all expected amenities. Room is considered small as typical Japan hotel. Strong wifi connection in room. Another nice thing is a cafe locating opposite the front desk.

Relatively good service and clean. Close to JR train and 10 minute walk to metro. Relatively convenient and less crowded than most places in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The wifi don't work in the room if you choose smoking room the small is Bad and you can't change the room. The location was very good the room was good .i Hailey recommended in Tokyo I think is the best choice to make

A lot of hair on the carpet..if u walk with sock..hair will attach to your sock ..there is no USB slot in this hotel ..and old hotel.. but locate very near JR station only 1-2 minutes walk..surrounding with Family mart, aeon mart and many restaurants..but they open quite late in the morning

nice older hotel in quiet ryogoku town is nice, next door to ryogoku kokugikan and station, 2 stops from akihabara

Quite small and had to say there wasn’t enough space for both of our luggages. But the location was very convenient and easy access would recommend to solo travellers as theres many restaurants nearby as well

Great views of the sumida river and location just next to ryogoku station. We loved that it was quite central but not too much so it was still a quiet night for us. Staff are kind and room is reasonable! Loved the balcony. Great stay and would revisit next year!
