Nice place to stay for an average of 1-3 days if wanting to stay longer shinjuku is right up the road for better options.

Even though I mistakenly made a reservation when I entered the country with a 3-year-old, a 6-year-old, a stroller, and 3 suitcases, I was unable to cancel the reservation. Even though I had no plans and had made a reservation more than a month in advance and wanted to cancel, the Saiaku facility did not give any consideration to measures such as partial refunds and did not allow cancellations. I will never use the platform or this hotel again.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay. The price was also reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area, which was very helpful! There were shopping streets and residences nearby, making it a relaxing place to live. There was a relaxing atmosphere that felt like home, and I was able to take a good rest! Everything was done using a smartphone, and it was easy to understand and operate!

Super hygienic and convenient

This property always has problems of difficulties of check-in using display pad with slow responsibilities and electric door access key touch pad with low battery, and smell of sewage in the room. Although cleaning work of house keeping seems to be well done, however engineering work of sewage system cleaning is not properly done by the owner management due to cutting the cost policy. Judging from the location of Hata***a closing to down town Shinjuku Station and level of the facilities of this hotel, the price of the room is rather expensive. Better to find out others, if you can.

It took a little time to enter the password when entering the room, but I was satisfied with the facilities.

We arrived late afternoon/early evening. It was hot in Tokyo! There was self check-in outside, that took a little longer than we had hoped, since we had been travelling all day, was tired, hot, and had to look for documents for check-in. Once we completed that step, we walked into a clean place (we had 2 twin beds). It was a culture shock to see the differences compared to America, but after a week, we adjusted. There is limited space to hang clothes or put them away, so my adult daughter and I kept most of our things in our luggage on the floor. There is a stove top, small refrigerator, and sink to cook, but we ate out. The place is in a residential area, and very quiet. It is walking distance to the bus stop and train station. By the end of our week, we were feeling like we lived the way the local people do.

It's located in a quiet residential area, a short walk from the station along a shopping street, but if you understand that, it's comfortable. There are various stores in the shopping street, so you can enjoy your meal without any trouble.

Modern, clean, and with a small kitchenette and washing machine. The stairs are steep and narrow and there’s no elevator, so keep this in mind if you have accessibility issues.

Overall, it was a new facility, so it was clean and nice. Overall, the facilities were clean and it was the most spacious of the cost-effective Japanese accommodations I stayed in… ! It was definitely a little more spacious, so it was comfortable and nice, and the accommodation was also clean! However, the reason I deducted one star from the cleanliness rating is because there was a big red mark on the curtains and I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable the moment I saw it. Other than that, the cleanliness of other parts was excellent. And minus 2 stars for convenience. 1. The unmanned check-in system requires several procedures through a machine from outside the building to open the door, so I was bitten by many mosquitoes while standing outside for quite a long time. In particular, the unmanned system computer was stuttering and slow. That was inconvenient. 2. I deducted one more star because the biggest drawback is that there is no elevator. The fact that there are no elevators in the accommodations that travelers mainly use… I think this is the most fatal flaw of this accommodation. It may be okay for those with small luggage, but we all had large, heavy suitcases measuring over 26 inches, and the two women barely managed to get them up the stairs to the top floor. Other than the shortcomings mentioned above, it was an overall satisfactory accommodation!

I have stayed in this hotel in Tokyo for a long time. It can be seen that they want to make the hotel better, but there are not enough staff. It is very suitable for families. It is convenient for washing and cooking, and it is very new.
