It was small but comfortable enough. There was only one hand towel provided, so it would have been nice if there were about three.

洗手間有點小

I was able to store my luggage before check-in, and the service of water and drinks was very nice. Even though there were two of us checking in, there was only one toothbrush, but it was taken care of immediately so there was no problem. thank you very much!

The location in Akasaka was very convenient as it was close to the station! I was traveling alone for 3 days, but I had too much planned, so this location was really helpful! However, the bath and toilet unit was so small that it was a little stressful to have to constantly hit the wall when taking a bath or getting ready at the sink. Other than that, I'm satisfied and would like to use it again next time.

I stayed there for a week without meals. There is a laundry facility, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for daily use, so I was able to spend a good time.

The room is relatively small (a common problem in Japan), quiet and hygienic. Convenient transportation and high cost performance. I didn't eat in the hotel because there is a Shangdao coffee shop 5 minutes' walk away where you can have a set breakfast.

Don’t avoid it. This is the worst hotel I have encountered in Japan. The service attitude is very bad. Until I asked for help, Ctrip’s human service immediately solved the problem that night. Ctrip’s service attitude was very timely and in place. Thank you🙏

房間很小，但是很衞生，離地鐵站很近，服務也很好，一個女生放心住

Had a fantastic stay at here. Clean room, friendly staff, and great amenities. Highly recommend!
