該酒店環境優雅，交通方便，衞生特別乾淨，前台接待熱情，有自己的停車場。

賓館處於銅川新區產業園，一下高速就到很近，周邊沒有商店超市飯店，就它一家賓館，比較安靜，服務員説是主要接待到園區出差的人。樓下車位很多，房間還可以，空調熱水都還行，設施齊全，主要是價格較低。
