酒店位於銅川新城區，門前交通便利，有地下停車場，景觀房寬敞、裝修漂亮，落地窗不能打開，靠新風系統換氣，衞生間乾濕分開，洗澡水沖、下水通暢，燈光設計好，早餐種類豐富，涼熱菜味道好，飲料多。

酒店位於市中心，緊鄰長豐市場和運動廣場，購物餐飲都很方便，晚上十分熱鬧。房間乾淨整潔，工作人員服務熱情。有寬敞的地下停車場。早餐種類豐富可口。

總體環境不錯，外部環境優美；大廳尚可，電梯間較差。餐廳較差，像個大食堂，沒有散客餐位；早晨比較差，品種少，與4鑽酒店不符；新風系統不好，不能開窗，衞生間不能排風；床很好，單床1.35米寬敞，窗簾不錯，電動，可百葉窗…酒店位置不錯，停車還好，就是地下車庫似乎未裝修，與酒店檔次不符…
總體不錯，尚有欠缺。

看網評不錯選了這家酒店。走進房間一股煙味兒，窗户打不開全封閉，我訂的是有窗景觀房。酒店解釋説是新風系統，全酒店都是封閉狀態。電子秤是壞的。早餐很一般，沒有網上説的那麼好。連咖啡都沒有。衹住一晚就忍了。不會再選這樣的酒店。

銅川給我留下的印象好於預期。銅川大廈位於新區，周邊道路、社區很新、很乾凈。銅川大廈是一個國企經營的商務酒店，大堂很樸素，但房間很乾凈、很舒服，房間的細節比我想象得細緻，房間燈光很好。服務人員也很友好，有什麼問題都會很友好地回覆。很不錯，下次來銅川再住這裏。

設施：房間全部都是封閉窗 有新風系統
但是新風系統的聲音真是一言難盡
這麼説吧 呼隆隆的還關不了
服務：早餐品類很少 九點就結束了 服務員會偷偷吃餐枱上的食品
總體來説 不推薦 也不會再入住

我今天再次點評。
酒店客房衞生不徹底，還有上次提到的服務問題，現在2024年了，希望你們能改進，送外賣的小哥也是服務行業，也不容易，職業不分貴*，你們把外賣員攔住不讓給送餐，你們酒店前台服務員答覆讓客人自己下樓取，你們不接觸餐食，最後在我反覆溝通下才給我送上樓，那麼我請問，住酒店的客人自己掏錢住酒店，又不是白住，你們體現的服務在哪裡？你們即使不想派人送，難道不能改進買機器人給住客送？這次前台服務態度有所改變。希望你們能真的做到改進，而不是敷衍回覆的了，而事實還是該咋樣就是咋樣。
