房間有靠馬路邊，有的一邊房間靠內卻正有一個市政工程在建設中，國慶放假應停工但三樓房間聞到泥塵味，不舒適；房間隔音差，半夜房間走廊嘈影響睡眠；服務員服務水準一般，有待提高；沖涼房熱水不熱，洗澡感覺有點涼。

酒店設施佈置有氛圍感，停車方便，服務態度上佳，房間設施齊全，整潔！備有茶具及茶台，可品茶。
窗台區域大空間，放置行李箱挺方便。
更具人性化的設計是洗漱台與沖淋室是分區的，這樣更方便。
周邊用餐及超市購物方便，不遠處是體育中心廣場可以逛逛。
去通道龍底漂流，遊歷萬佛山景區旅遊或出差，首推此間酒店！

遺失的衣物給寄回，很感激🙏。其實除了對前台的接待員和餐廳的接待員冷淡的服務不滿意外其他都很滿意。餐廳的清潔工和煮麪的師傅很好，都能熱情接待。客房服務員很好。客房設施很好。可惜就是最重要的兩個崗位沒選好員工，這會大大影響酒店的生意。實話説，當時如果不是從車上已經把行李卸下來的話就轉身離開了。如果不是前台和餐廳的兩位員工的冷淡態度那麼我們會入住長沙的連鎖店的。
