Will not come to the hotel for the second time! I will regret it! After half an hour to walk through the entire scenic spot, it was very bad everywhere, the room sanitation was worrying, the table was covered with dust, and the hot water in the bathroom was adjusted to the hottest temperature and was not as good as the temperature of the hot spring. There is no light in the house. The breakfast is particularly poor, and the variety and freshness of the breakfast are not as good as the chain of Jinjiang Inns. This price can't even reach two stars. The star given is for the fountain, and I don't want to give all the other stars.

The forest coverage rate is high, and the hot spring quality is good. With its beautiful environment, it is a rare hot spring vacation and wellness destination in China.

The hardware facilities are OK, even if you bring children to the hot springs, there are also low-temperature pools to soak in, and there is also a children’s splash area. The air is fresh, and you can go to Tianzhu Peak to play around. But the hotel service needs to be improved. The breakfast area was empty at 8:10 this morning, and it could not be filled in time. The front desk still needs training, and it is impossible to give a satisfactory answer to the guests.

Originally came happily, but it turned out to be disappointed. The hotel management neglected his duty. The iPhone 6 mobile phone placed on the hotel table was lost. Only the cleaning had gone in before and after. There was no second person in, because I was afraid that the child would take the mobile phone out and lose it. I put my phone on the table in the room. I lost my phone when I came back. The cleaning and guarding are stolen, the management is too messy, the breakfast is not good, and the hot spring experience is not good. Change places for parent-child travel.

The hotel has a comfortable environment, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The hot spring ♨️ is a natural real hot spring with good water quality. After soaking, it is comfortable not to drip, and it is clean and tidy; it is a good place to recommend. The hotel breakfast is very average, I hope to enrich the quality of the breakfast.

訂北院的房間還是方便一點，離温泉中心很近，走路去的，衹有2~3分鐘，非常方便，房間還是舊了一點，牆上有脱落的地方，但是這個環境很好，在山裡的感受，鳥語花香的。

非常不開心的行程，除了收費國際化，其他地方就是鄉鎮級別，沒辦法和星級掛鈎。 服務員毫無服務意識可言，冷冰冰的語言和嘴臉，看起來更像是個保安，我們五個人，帶一個七歲的小朋友，吃飯的時候服務員盯着要補早餐錢，温泉的時候盯着要補温泉票，早餐是冷的，沒有加熱設施，一到9:30，服務員急着收餐，而不是清理餐桌衞生。超過9:30的客人真的衹能夠餓肚子。 温泉裏面根本看不到服務員，這麼冷的天氣沒有人推車送浴巾送水，我們都凍感冒了。 攜程預訂住過的酒店可以説是最差的，沒有之一!! 想要度假靜心的朋友們不推薦~~建議考慮宜春的明月山，設施服務相對完善一些 設施：一般，温泉水比較熱，但是沒有熱心的服務，還是容易感冒 服務：完全沒有服務，最多衹能算保安 湯裏温泉雙人票（單次進出）:服務太差了，建議加油哦

下午三點多入住，房間竟然還是一片狼藉，令人十分掃興，畢竟選的一家比較大的酒店。阿姨很不錯，説馬上收拾我們這間，但我們出去遊了一圈四點多回來，馬桶如圖一，我們沖了幾次以為是弄不掉的臟東西，帶兩娃沒精力計較，噁心了一天一夜，結果第二天馬流星拳桶就堵了，通廁所以後發現臟東西掉了。聽説北苑比南苑新一點，然而實際如圖三。一般稍微好一點的酒店都有一個免費的浴缸套，結果前台告知20元一個，令人相當懷疑酒店檔次，顯得相當小家子氣。網上圖片窗户外景如圖四，實際如圖五，我們還是三樓。試問這樣的入住體驗如何能有好心情？！

房間比較陳舊了，但是還算乾淨。泡温泉衹能進出一次，所以浴袍還用不太上。春節帶娃滑雪玩，就先來泡個温泉。酒店晚上夜景還不錯，還有不少遊客帶煙花來放，假期酒店餐廳承接能力不足，附近吃飯的地方不多。但是價格不算貴了。
