Excellent environment The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in. Complete Facilities The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Intimate Service The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again. Cleanliness I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are. This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The cleanliness is also very reassuring. The room is cleaned daily, ensuring the floor is spotless and the furniture is dust-free. The toilet and shower in the bathroom are thoroughly disinfected, free of stains and odors. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of effort into hygiene.

The ambiance of the Middle East Ratu Morgan Hotel is truly stunning! Upon entering, you're greeted by a row of large floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in a bright stream of sunlight. It's so relaxing to sit and sip tea. Behind it, a large patch of greenery is a delight to look at. The cleanliness is impeccable. The floor is mopped to a shine, there's not a speck of dirt in the bathroom tile crevices, and even the edges of the curtains are spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. The amenities are also excellent. The bed is just the right firmness, the hot water comes instantly, and the TV signal is incredibly stable. I have to praise Xiaoyu, the front desk clerk. He has a cheesy smile, is very welcoming, and provides excellent service. I give him a full five-star rating and will definitely stay with him next time!

As for the ambiance, the hotel boasts a grand exterior and a warm, high-end interior. The garden is lush and refreshing, with a small fountain that lights up beautifully at night. The surrounding area is conveniently located for shopping and dining. The front desk service was also excellent. Xiaohong, the staff member, was attentive and helpful, and even upgraded my room for two nights. This was a truly perfect experience, and I'll give it a full five stars. I'll definitely stay here again.

Second stay, the room is relatively large, clean, and the facilities are relatively new. The river view room has a wide view and is relatively quiet. The breakfast is average. The location is not bad. There is a shopping mall across the road.
