The damp and moldy smell in the corridor is very big, it seems that no one lives for a long time or the ventilation is very poor. There is also a smell in the room, and people with sensitive smell will be very concerned."

"Every year when I return to Tonghua to visit family, I always stay at the Wanfeng Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. The hotel is quiet, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Outside the window, I see rolling mountains, a sea of greenery, and the air is wonderful. The service is also excellent. It would be even better if the king-size rooms had refrigerators."

"I went skiing by myself, and the hotel was surprisingly good; they offer shuttle service to the ski resort and the high-speed rail station. The cleaning lady did a great job, folding my clothes and keeping the vanity neatly organized. Free laundry and drying were provided. The room was excellent, the facilities were new, and the room was very clean. The front desk service was also very good; I especially want to commend the front desk staff! 👍"

Tonghua Wanfeng Swiss Hotel
"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. The room was very warm, which is also an advantage, considering the outdoor temperature in Tonghua is currently below -20 degrees Celsius. The disadvantages: First, the front desk service was poor 👎. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."

Luming Hot Spring Hotel (Wanfeng Tonghua Ski Resort)
"The room was brightly lit by a skylight above the patio, but it didn't open, making it quite stuffy. The small hot spring pool was nice and comfortable. We were given a hot spring pass upon check-in, but we had to use it before checking out; otherwise, the pass would expire. We went the morning of our second day, which was a bit tight. We'll probably go on the same day next time. The breakfast was good, but the family room only includes breakfast for two, so tall children will have to buy it separately. There's a fruit picking garden about a ten-minute drive from the hotel, so it's nice to go there after the hot springs."
Wangchunshan Xiyue Hot Spring Hotel
"Early this morning, I wrote this review in anger. Objectively speaking, the environment was nice, the hotel design was excellent, and it was indeed beautiful with the autumn colors. However! The overall hotel management was a complete mess. From check-in, they gave us the wrong room, and the front desk even directed our car to drive on the sidewalk and across a wooden bridge. Room cleaning was extremely slow. The room had been used as a wedding room the day before, and the "double happiness" decorations hadn't been cleaned. Because we were extending our stay, we asked the staff to clean the room at 10 am, and the front desk readily agreed. However, after repeated reminders at 3 pm, the room wasn't cleaned. The cleaning process wasn't exactly unprofessional, but it was downright haphazard. Two women, probably locals who had just finished husking corn, came and cleaned very slowly. They even forgot to change the toilet paper. The door was open the entire time, allowing many flies and insects to fly in. The remnants of yesterday's wedding fireworks on the lawn outside the hotel stayed with us until we left, and no one cleaned them up. The hotel claims it's not officially open yet and lacks staff, but since it opened during the National Day holiday with increased prices, why should consumers have to endure such a terrible experience? It's unbelievable that a company under China Resources could be managed like this. Upon further inquiry, it was revealed that the local operating company in Tonghua was handling the matter. Hopefully, the hotel will improve in the future. After the opening of the Chenbai High-Speed Railway, I don't want tourists from the south who come specifically for the stunning scenery to see such jaw-dropping service."

"The newly opened hotel has a comfortable, tidy and clean environment. There is no decoration smell. The supplies are all brand new. The family room is a suite, which is very spacious and bright. The hotel is close to the commercial street, making it convenient to travel. The service staff are also super enthusiastic. The stay experience is very good. recommend!"

"Just checked in. A small gift was given for Valentine's Day (see picture 1). We stayed on the first floor. There's a bathtub (see picture 2), but it's too far away. We wanted to stay on the second floor, but were told the air conditioning wasn't working. Just walked up to our room, and the front desk guy said there were rooms decorated for Valentine's Day. The air conditioning was fine, so we moved to a room on the second floor (see picture 3). We had two breakfasts delivered. We parked in D4, and the front desk provided free parking. We also had two Cokes and orange juice slices. The bathrobes were excellent quality. The occupancy rate is so low, so it feels so empty, hahaha. Overall, the experience was very good. It would have been nice to have a bathtub on the second floor."
