"Excellent environment The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in. Complete Facilities The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Intimate Service The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again. Cleanliness I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are. This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"This business trip stayed in Tonghua Jiangnan Hotel special bed room, health, environment, service, facilities all four full marks, the overall experience is very satisfactory. The details are taken care of very carefully. Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Tonghua Railway Station) ★★★
"This is the first time I've been so eager to write a bad review. First, Tonghua Railway Station has moved, so be aware if you're planning to book a room near the station. Second, the sheets in my first room had patches! One in the middle and a large one on the side; I only noticed it halfway through my sleep because it was uncomfortable. I called the front desk to have a new sheet, but security guard brought up a duvet cover! After realizing they'd brought the wrong one, they brought me two more duvet covers! When I asked, they said they didn't have any extra sheets! Such a large hotel, so stingy that they patched up the sheets and didn't even have spare linens?? The room smelled strongly of smoke, and the sound of the drain from upstairs was deafening. The second night, I changed rooms, but there was still a huge, waterfall-like draining sound. I saw two empty rooms on the platform and asked the front desk if I could switch rooms. The front desk told me that the two rooms were actually one, just different prices and room types; no matter which room a customer booked, they would get the same one. The price difference between the two rooms was a full 100 yuan. In summary, if you want to be exploited like a victim, want to smell secondhand smoke, want to sleep on uncomfortable sheets, or want to fall asleep to the sound of a waterfall, then come on over!"

"I stayed for one night before heading to Tonghua Airport. The staff were friendly, and the distance to the airport was just right. If it were too close, it would be hard to catch a taxi, but 45 to 50 minutes is a perfectly fine distance to travel in China. Haha. The room was clean, there were regular shops nearby, and the riverside park was right in front, so the view was fantastic! ♡♡"

"The room is not large in size, but very comfortable. The shower switch is very unique. It seems to be the same as ordinary ones, but I didn't know how to use it at first. "With the family, the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom supplies 5 star standard. The room includes breakfast for 2 people and hot spring tickets for 2 people, which is super reasonable. The hot spring experience is particularly good, both indoor and outdoor. The restaurant also provides a free old chicken soup and four free fruits. Breakfast is also very good. The hot spring is good, the room is good, the service is good."

"Although the regular Hanting Hotels are a bit to basic for me, the Hanting Premium Hotels, like this particular one, are really a very reliable and well recognised brand. This one does not disappoint. The rooms at the Hanting Premium Hotel Tonghua are superb in it's category with full amenities and smart design. The location in itself is moderately strategic with being a 15 minutes walk to either the malls or the riverside. The major drawback is this hotel's immediate surroundings which are very disappointing. The hotel itself is located in a decrepit distribution centre which also has plastic and paper recycling shops around. There is garbage everywhere, it's pitch dark at night and the huge parking area is pretty seedy with huge trucks parked around. One would wish this excellent property was located a few blocks down the road in a smarter environment."
