"The hotel is doing a good job in terms of hygiene. The bedding and bathing utensils are clean and comfortable. The location is right by the Hunhe River, with nice scenery on both sides of the river. It is very pleasant to walk along the river in your spare time! The parking lot in front of the building and the backyard is very large, so friends who drive by themselves don’t have to worry about parking problems, and there is an elevator in the backyard parking lot that leads directly to the first-floor lobby and the second-floor guest rooms. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bath water is very good. The breakfast is also good, a combination of Chinese and Western, with four hot dishes plus side dishes, fried eggs and boiled eggs to choose from, and bread, jam and salad are all available. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the superior king-size bed room is not equipped with a table (there is space), and the luggage can only be placed on the ground, which is not very convenient."

Tonghua Wanfeng Swiss Hotel
"First, the advantages: it's close to the ski resort, about 100 meters away. The room was very warm, which is also an advantage, considering the outdoor temperature in Tonghua is currently below -20 degrees Celsius. The disadvantages: First, the front desk service was poor 👎. When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."
