雖然硬件還算新，但是服務方面非常生氣，想了想還是決定寫出來。 前台硬逼着我下載華住的app，不僅用我手機一頓掃碼，然後還未經我允許用流量下他們華住會的app！！！！好歹給我連個wifi呢？？？？而且我都説了我以前用過華住會app，不是新用户了不想掃，我就是喜歡用攜程訂酒店怎麼了！！！但還是被迫站大廳等了很久很久才完成入住！！ —————— 而且再次查看詳情頁，發現“雙床房a”在圖片裏是外窗，也沒有像“雙床房”標註了窗户較小（我沒訂“雙床房”房型就是因為看到了窗户小的標註），但是實際給我開的房間根本不能算圖片裏這種大外窗！！是一個很小的、衹能通過一個拐彎的平台才能連接到外窗的小窗户！！ 現在感覺是被酒店坑大發了，就算你們覺得那種拐彎抹角的窗户也算是外窗，我覺得應該在詳情頁明確告訴消費者有可能遇到堪比無窗的mini外窗。 —————— 住宿中間要了一次礦泉水，如果你家不能免費多要水可以明説付多少錢，不用在我打電話的時候，第一次裝傻告訴我桌上有，我眼睛難道瞎嗎看不到這麼點空間裏放的水？叫酒店服務就是喝完了➕沒空出門➕省事省時間，付費也可以，兩瓶礦泉水又沒多少錢，非得讓人再直説一次想要水是吧？溝通成本特別高，而且真的很煩這種裝傻充愣的説話。 ———— 反正這次入住體驗特別差。新開業的硬件倒是還可以，但是整個服務真是匪夷所思，從來沒遇到過前台這麼離譜的服務，你家是對所有第一次來的顧客都敢逼着下app嗎？？還是覺得我是軟柿子不會生氣啊？？？？？？？ 唯一算好的體驗就是給我延時了一個小時，但是注意不是他們主動提的，是我在前台一直站着，手機被他們拿着幹這幹那，氣的受不了才決定張嘴要點福利。答應的還挺痛快，這點算是還不錯，但是不要覺得你們給我延時一小時退房是多大的恩惠，如果沒有前台拿着手機為難我很久，我也不會張嘴要這一個小時的延時服務🥲。
