We came here for the business trip. After exhausted day, the hotel welcome us with fresh fruits and yogurt. The hotel is very nice, clean, much better than we thought before. The staffs are all friendly. Although they can not speak English, they tried their best to understand and answer our question. The breakfast was very good. I will stay here again if I have a chance to comeback Tongling. Thank you very much.

酒店入口不太好找，最頭疼的是停車場是共用的，沒有酒店固定的停車位，出來旅遊還不敢把車子開出去，因為回來會沒車位。還有小孩用早餐問題，餐費38元，但有的客人説自己被照顧，不用付餐費，就帶着兩個孩子進去吃早飯了，希望酒店能加強管理和服務。

設施齊全，其餘一般。開關很奇怪，而且還是第一次碰到把開關設計在床頭中間的。早餐很一般般。
關鍵是服務，充分提現了店方沒有把顧客放在心上。
具體描述一下：傍晚到店，酒店停車位滿，欄桿不開，拒絕入內，也沒有人來指引或説明。衹好停到旁邊的停車場，走了很遠來到前台辦入住，反應了停車的問題，經理的意思有婚宴，停車沒辦法，讓我們路邊停，提到旁邊的停車場，第一反應就是停車費酒店不負責，完全不考慮我們行李很多，停車距離很遠搬運不便的事。入住後，再次找經理協商，我們周邊不熟，要麼找人帶我們看看哪裡可以停，要麼停車費是否酒店可以負責，畢竟酒店是承諾免費停車的。經理都拒絕了，她的意思酒店停車位滿了就不管了，衹承諾有空位了通知我。原諒我這麼單純，還真信了，等到9點多還沒電話，衹好自己去看，有幾個空位自己停進去了，真是缺乏誠信。後來酒店加送歡迎水果和酸奶説算補償，已經有的東西再送有意義嗎？也不管別人需不需要，做過樣子就好了吧。
不是為了幾塊錢的停車費，大家都不差這點。但酒店的處理給人的感覺很不好，住店不是來找氣受的。
服務不好，不是評價服務人員的，她們都很熱情。但酒店管理真的存在問題。
住了這麼多店，基本沒有遇到沒有停車位的事，唯一一次在寧波，也是搞活動，沒有停車位了，酒店安排專人在門口説明，指引車到大堂門口放下行李，然後再指引停到旁邊的停車場，説明可以停到第二天中午，不用付停車費。這樣至少心是暖的。
