Earl Family Hotel (Tongling Beidouxing Cheng)

The reason why I chose the Earl's Family Hotel is because the bed is big enough, a 2-meter bed🛏️😊It was my first time to drive to Tongling to attend a wedding. I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade our room for free😘I was so happy. The surrounding area is very close to the shopping mall and there are many restaurants within walking distance😊I missed the self-service afternoon tea. I rushed back to Hangzhou on the sixth day of the ***** New Year. I was worried about traffic jams😓Sure enough, there was a traffic jam😯. I drove for 7 hours🙀 before I got home🏠

The overall experience is nothing like what is described. There is no service. It is the first time I stayed in a hotel for 2 consecutive days. When I came back from a trip, the room card could not be swiped in. I called the front desk to ask a lot of information, but they did not send a new room card to replace it. They asked the cleaning lady to come and swipe the door. She said that she would go downstairs to swipe the room card again and re-register. It is really the first time I have encountered such a nonsensical thing. The TV in the room is also a decoration. You have to become a member to watch all the channels (the child only turned on the TV for a while). When I booked it, it said free parking. It said that I would tell the front desk when I went there and it would be free. I also told the front desk when I left, but sometimes I was still charged. They said that the hotel only offered a discount of 40, and I had to pay another 20. Free parking is really a lie. The breakfast is not good either. I don’t know why there are so many people who say that the breakfast is good.

這次入住體驗超預期！步行到景點和商圈都很方便，旁邊就是天井湖，到萬達和另一個商圈都不遠。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，一夜睡得特別香。前台服務熱情又高效，下午還有免費的下午茶小點，性價比拉滿了。

第一次來到銅陵，選擇入住好評排行第一的伯爵酒店，辦理入住後果然沒讓我們失望，乾淨衞生，裝修風格大家都喜歡，服務態度嘎嘎好有求必應，小吃零食隨便拿，每天都有晚安奶供應，自助早餐也很豐富，房價性價比非常高，本來打算衹住一天的，立馬又續住了一天，到了第二天還想續住的，酒店特意打電話來告知無房了，服務真是太貼心了。推薦大家入住，信我，準沒錯！

這次入住體驗真的超棒，必須給個大大的好評！酒店位置特別好，去景點和商圈都很方便，周邊吃飯選擇也多。酒店服務人員熱情主動，看到我帶小朋友過去，給主動升了房。洗衣房方便，解決了我們好幾天沒有洗的衣服。

離各個景區都不遠，酒店服務特別好，還有免費的下午茶，性價比特別高的酒店，下次來一定還住這裏，朋友們都覺得不錯，服務人員態度特別好，下午茶的時候孩子們有點鬧，服務人員特別耐心，幫他們拿杯子食物，沒有絲毫不耐煩，點贊👍8.09下午茶當班的小姐姐！房間環境也很好，2米的大床，住的很舒服
