趁着國慶長假，帶孩子來安徽玩兒幾天。我們在銅陵停留一晚。入住的這家豐濠國際酒店出現了幾個小插曲，過程比較坎坷。我們下午2點辦理入住的時候，房間沒有打掃好，我們衹能先去景點。晚上張經理幫忙升級了房間，但是衹有一張床，我們要求恢復原本我們訂的行政雙床房就可以，結果被告知房間出現了一些狀況無法入住。不得已我們被安排了一間豪華雙床，結果樓上是酒店的茶餐廳和棋牌室，由於太過吵鬧夜裡10點多我們又臨時換房間。整個過程太坎坷，張經理全程態度很誠懇，但是酒店整體服務水平確實提升空間非常大。
