1-衞生一般，櫃子不少灰塵，毛巾不乾淨
2-服務意識不強，打三次前台電話才有反應。一早反應問題，被告知店長8:30才上班，無法向上彙報。後又被告知無店長電話，聯繫不上。等了10多分鐘，又説讓我等領導。
3-地下車庫一地厚厚灰塵。2023年建立的，2年過去還是沒有處理。
4-早餐品類太少，一票衹有一個雞蛋，其他看圖片就知道

很不滿意，一大早外面不知道啥聲音，一會小孩子蹦蹦跳跳的聲音，一會門外像什麼車拖的轟隆隆的聲音，隔壁大姐好像在打掃衞生，跟地震一樣咚咚咚的，一早上吵醒，晚上到的比較晚，想着早上多睡會，大清早吵醒了，衞生也不忍直視，毛髮垃圾隨處可見，以後訂酒店還是不能圖便宜。親身體驗，避雷。

衞生：打開房門就是一股子甲醛味。
環境：避雷避雷。
服務：上午11點 一個男的，估計是搞衞生的。不敲門，直接刷卡開我們的房門。要不是有門鏈，那男的就進來了。 不是個咧，同行的另外一個房間。也遇到了一樣的事情。 避雷避雷這家酒店。！！！！
肯定是酒店管理有問題。
